My children's bath soap (Halos n Horns Zingy Orange) was almost out and having recently discovered Thehealthcounter.com as the most convenient way to buy this soap, i visited the site and re-ordered.
We are signed up to the Health Counter mailing list and this entitles us to free delivery which is normally 2-4 days. This meant we'd have to use the remaining soap as sparingly as possible until this delivery was made.
I was pleasantly surprised when the soap was delivered the very next day.
Thehealthcounter.com team truly came through for us and this was service beyond expectation.

received incorrect item, returned immediately by theri freepost number. One month later still awaiting refund.

Given that I am not the only one to complain about the delivery time, my guess is that this is a direct issue with The HealthCounter because the post office can't be getting it wrong, over and over, just for them.

All my first class deliveries have arrived exactly as expcted, within 2 days. TheHealthCounter seems to consistently be sending things and them arriving more than a week after purchasing.

It took them 48hours to reply to an email, something not right.

Having said that, it did arrive in the end.

I ordered an item for my sister who doesn't use computers or the internet to give to her daughter for her birthday. I ordered it on Thursday and received it on Saturday. It was well packed and I couldn't believe how fast it came. I have used several other online stores for perfume and sometimes had to wait 2 weeks for delivery even though it was in stock.
I will certainly use The Health Counter again without hesitation. Thanks for your great service and well priced products.

I received one part of the order.still waiting for the last item to arrive.

When my anticipated delivery date came and went I rang and spoke to a real human being (first plus). He looked it up and explained that the stock was only just in and the delivery would go out the next day. When I expressed concern that it may not arrive in time for a birthday party on the Saturday, he promptly offered to send it courier for next day delivery - all at no extra charge. I was really impressed with the service.

I received an email stating that the item I had ordered wasnt in stock, but you were expecting a new delivery within the week. I sent two emails asking for reassurance that I would receive my order in time for xmas, but unfortunately heard nothing back. I have now received my item in plenty of time which is a relief, but it's unlikely I will use your service again due to the poor level of customer service I received.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. I contacted the help team and they quickly sorted out the problem, sending me an exchange. Perfect.

Well priced product, delivered free very quickly. A worthwhile saving on a product used daily for an ongoing skin condition.

They where able to supply a pain killer that my local pharmacy said was unavailable , and they did so at a much better price, would fully recommend this company.
