I had an excellent experience with customer service thanks to Niall. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through all my options. New Account setup
Have been working with Rachael to get a new account up and running, really efficient service and clear guidelines as to what can be achieved with pricing for our charity organisation. Saul was clear and professional all the way through. The rates for Deisel and unleaded were excellent and the communication was second to non.

Entered a contract for supply of fuel…
Entered a contract for supply of fuel with an agent of The Fuel Store. However, we were not advised at any stage that there was a fuel surcharge to the quoted prices in Northern Ireland.
Bitterly disappointed, as we changed fuel suppliers as we were promised lower prices.
