The French Bed Company Recenzje

Great find for my brass bed I have had for over 40 years - good communication with the French Bed Company very happy

I got my bed was a speedy delivery.
Fits my bedroom perfectly as I have a small room.

Highly recommend purchasing from them.

We needed slats for some old (very old) bed frames and Elena provided great background information and then ensured what we needed was neatly wrapped, sent and delivered exactly when needed. Great service, thank you!

Absolutely great product but what stood out for me was how very helpful and accommodating the company was. Would highly recommend

All good. Double checked I had asked for the correct thing, so was on the ball.

Exceptional Customer Service

I recently contacted The French Bed Company to order a replacement set of screws for an antique bed. From the very start, their customer service was absolutely outstanding.

The first set was promptly dispatched and I received a tracking number, but unfortunately, it never arrived. After getting in touch with the team, they immediately sent out a second set without hesitation. Sadly, this one also failed to reach me due to ongoing issues with Royal Mail in my area.

Despite this, The French Bed Company remained incredibly professional and helpful throughout. Understanding the situation, they arranged for a third set to be sent out using a different courier—and it finally arrived without a hitch.

Their commitment to resolving the issue and ensuring I received what I needed was truly impressive. It's rare to come across a company that is so proactive, communicative, and determined to deliver great service, especially for such a small order.

Highly recommended—this level of care and attention is hard to find these days. Thank you again!

The process of ordering to delivery was seamless. I was able to clarify queries with a person which was very helpful. 5 star service. Thankyou.

Amazing bed frame, fab delivery. Excellent service.

Great service, very fast delivery, great product.

Super helpful and quick to answer emails.
I enquired whether a particular base would be suitable for my bed. They were quick to answer and gave lots of useful advice. The new base is a perfect fit for my odd-sized bed and is very comfortable.

From first point of contact I found Elena at FBC helpful friendly and knowledgeable regarding my query about product.
Delivery to NI, was reasonable and Parcel force so helpful when delivering product.

Ordered a bed base for our antique French Bed on Monday, it was delivered as promised in Cornwall on Thursday. Fantastic service, Elena’s advice was very helpful and the quality of the base is excellent.

Good communication from the team, very fast delivery and the extendable slatted bed base fit perfectly my antique french bed.

Excellent customer service, contacted to confirm the measurements, received tracking and delivery information.
This is my second time using this company.
Highly recommend.

Great advice and innovative, good quality products. Got a bed that expands to my space. Such a simple solution to maximise usage and asthetics of my room. Thank you

Slatted bed base seems well made and sturdy, and fitted perfectly within my bed surround leaving a 1cm tolerance gap all the way around it. Assembly was fairly straightforward.

Arrived in good time and is great quality can recommend this company.

Great bed base

We purchased an adjustable bed base with slats for our antique bedstead. This arrived very quickly and was very easy to assemble and install. It has transformed a beautiful but very uncomfortable bed.

Please note that it looks like a single bed size when it arrives but easily and very cleverly extends to fit your bed.

Easy ordering
Fast delivery
Great packaging
I would recommend +++++
