The French Bed Company Recenzje

The brass ball was a great replacement. The delivery was delayed ( over a week) . Upon phoning Elena was most personable and polite .

Purchased one of the double adjustable slatted bed bases with the wooden legs. Elena was very good on communication from start to finish, very accommodating on day & collection time. I’m very happy with the quality, price & design of the product. It fits the space perfectly and is so easy to manoeuvre up stairs and tight spaces due to the adjustable design. Highly recommend the product and buying from Elena.

After my homemade bodge on my antique cast iron bed collapsed, I needed help - and along it came in the form of the Angel Elena, who not only sells the perfect base for this type of bed but is approachable, friendly and flexible throughout the sales and delivery process. Now the base - which is beautifully made - is on the bed, it's super comfy, and so much better than before!

I recently purchased an antique cabinet and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cabinet arrived today, was very well packaged, and is exactly as described—beautiful and full of character.
The lady I dealt with (Elena) was attentive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process, keeping me informed and making everything straightforward. Delivery was also quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, excellent customer service and a wonderful item. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for quality antiques and a smooth buying experience. Thank you!

The new base works well with an old iron bed frame.

They were very friendly and helpful even though they were feeling under the weather.

Amazing as always! Next day delivery even during Christmas. 5 Star!!

Elena from French Bed Company answered my queries so quickly, identified what I needed and sent item in post virtually within a week. And it is exactly what I needed and works beautifully. It was an extending slatted bed base and has enabled me to use an antique French brass bed without the expense of getting a base tailor made. I would highly recommend this company.

Great value, great communication, speedy delivery and just what we needed. Thank you.😊

The item looked ok but I suspect that the thread had been produced with a tapered tap as the threaded bar would barely go into it. Fortunately I had a plug tap and was able to make it good myself but I scratched the outer surface of the brass ball as it spun in the grips I was holding it with whilst correcting it.

This company is fabulous. We have been trying to find a solution for our lovely antique bed with a horrid base and finally we found these folks. We looked at so many options and they were either horrendously expensive or needed adaption and then we found The French Bed company and that was it. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Super fast responses and could not do enough to help us. It is rare to find a company today that goes so far above and beyond. You will have outstanding support if you use these guys. Their base fits perfectly and having been talked through all the options by Elena we felt super confident to order. Thank you so much. A superb find 🤩

Great custom made rods fit my antique bed perfectly. The variety pack gave me the sizes I needed to repair the bed.

Elena guided us through to find the best solution for our very old bed.
