Absolutely no customer communication

I have asked four times. twice by e-mail, once in a reply to your confirmation of my order and once when I phoned to find out if my order was dispatched if it was possible to get a discount seeing as it was a Club order and likely to be repeated. But today no reply!!

Customer service was faultless and my order arrived carefully packaged.

Good communication

Placed a order and a phone call to say i may have to wait a day or two because fresh batch being made which I dont mind.
