A wonderful job…

Steve and his team did a wonderful job fitting floor tiles and carpet despite supply difficulties and his getting Covid. i would highly recommend them

Great hardwood flooring and carpet. Excellent service

We chose hardwood flooring and carpet in the Hampstead store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a choice of dates for fitting, and were later offered earlier fitting which was great. The fitting was amazingly efficient as the wood flooring involved a long run through our flat through and around many doorways. The carpet was also fitted quickly and efficiently. Teh fitters moved the heavy furniture pieces which really helped.

GREAT JOB!

This is the third time I have used The Flooring Group and each time I have been satisfied. Most recently I have used The Flooring Group to lay wooden flooring for my living room and the job was superb. Also the manager Selin was more then helpful.

A great result

We had certain problems with other suppliers which caused delays and work arounds. This was managed well and great care was taken in preparing and laying the floor.

Exceptional service from start to…

Exceptional service from start to finish. The showroom staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very quickly obtained samples for me from their vast selection.
The delivery and installation went very smoothly and every member of the team I interacted with was polite, helpful and professional. Extremely happy with my purchase and experience.

I had no idea what to do with my…

I had no idea what to do with my damaged floors and selin came to see me for a site survey and gave me great information which really gave me an idea what to go for. I will definitely be using Hampstead flooring group for my future projects

Selin was so helpful in organising the perfect carpet for me and managed to come and measure up and helped to get an amazing installation date. I am so happy with my 2 rooms and will definately use Hampstead flooring again.

Excellent range and service

A small friendly shop with a big range and personal service. I needed a new carpet and tailor made rugs. They provided great help and advice on choosing the best type and style for my needs, and the ordering and fitting could not have been better.

Insightful help

Get very overwhelmed and stressed with all the options of flooring for upcoming project. But thanks to a very sweet lady in store I was able to get an idea of what I may be looking for. Definitely the place to go as the options are endless and the team at Hampstead know their flooring. Thank you!
