I'm a long time customer and have rated 4 or 5 star usually but I am not going to lie the last service I received was abysmal . My order took 2 hours to arrive and I had to phone the head office as I first rang up an hour after ordering to be told my order had just gone In the oven ( an hour after my order was placed ??) I gave it another 40 minutes before trying to ring again upon which the phone rang out twice before it was diverted to head office again in which I could even hear the woman on the phone to acocks green saying that this is Not acceptable. Another 20 plus minutes later and I finally received my order over hours late without even an apology. I shouldn't even have to pay due the length of time I waited. After spending close to £1000 in the last few years I'm done with fats pizza acocks green as they don't care about the customer.

The most DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. I ASKED NO BEEF ON MY PIZZA AS ALLERGY CALLED TO CONFIRM LIKE I DO ANY OTHER PIZZA SHOP FOR A RUDE WOMAN WHO HAS A ATTITUDE PROBLEM !!!
I Start my conversation with "how are you" met with disgusting attitude. THEN WOULDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER AS SHE THINKS SHE WINS A ARGUMENT. LITTLE DOSE SHE KNOW I WORK FOR UBER AND I WILL ENSURE EVERYONE FINDS OUT ABOUT THIS GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Reading the reviews lol says it all .. its gross dnt go here.

Its the worst pizza I ever had. Really strange tasting & the ham, is not thin ham but thick long pieces. Bought 2 pizzas & both taste & smell strange & really unpleasant. The base is strange too, its thick & almost like a loaf of bread in the middle & really stodgy, some parts were undercooked /white & while other parts brown. The crusts were soft & soggy like. Both pizzas taste awful with cheap toppings, that didn't taste fresh. There was no flavour to the toppings, only taste was sweet or saltiness - so weird. Better off getting a supermarket pizza. The BBQ sauce base tasted sweet. I forced myself to have 3 peices as was so hungry & couldnt eat anymore. Have to throw rest in the bin. What a waste of money, so angry people can sell such rubbish food. Would have given a zero star option. I have a feeling the 5 * reviews are not leggit & propably from the owners or their friends n family !

Made a order and order was accepted order was delivered I rang for over a hour and no answer rang the next day finally answered to tell me they stopped delivery at 9pm not what web site stated said they've refunded no refund so far absolutely disgusting service

I will come to the shop myself and call trading standards if my refund is not done soon

Horrible! I ordered 1 our ago. And we called they said it was 20 minutes. We call again and they don’t even answer! We called their customer service and they said fat pizza was closed and we have to get a refund via foodhub. I checked and they are open till 11pm! DONT RECCOMEND!!!

SPENT £50 ON A TAKEAWAY PIZZA AND BURGER MEAL, PIZZA WAS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST AND THE BURGER WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE ADVERTISED ON THEIR MENU, A NUMBER OF TOPPINGS WERE MISSING, SO GAVE THEM A CALL, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EVEN WORSE THAN THEIR FOOD PREPARATION, IF YOU LIKE THROWING GOOD MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN THEN THIS IS DEFINITELY THE ONE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU’LL REGRET IT

Awful service!!

I had ordered my food more than an hour ago at 20:16 now it’s 21:18 and it’s haven’t been delivered. Even had to call in just to tell us to wait further 10-15 mins. Never coming back again. Please do yourself a favour and don’t bother trusting their delivery time.

Can't give zero stars otherwise I would! Ordered and waited 2 hours, no sign of my order. Called them several times to no answer, finally got through and got told the delivery should be made in 15/20 mins. Still nothing, called back and then told the store is closed... In between one phone call also where the worker hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

2h lost of my life..ordered throught uber eats and after 2h contacted support and they said its been already delivered..what the hell?!?!Where is the problem???? with the driver???with the staff???If they are not able to do pizza and deliver in time just close and do some warehouse job instead!!!

Arrived over an hour later (1.5 hrs in total) and was completely stone cold.

Called for an update all the way through and at first they couldn't find any record of an order then they said it had already been delivered.

Totally poor service and did nothing to rectify it.

Zero stars. Order placed at 18.39 on 22/Jan/2022. Delivery indicated was 40 min. Despite several calls during which they gave fake excuses - pizza getting ready, pizza is ready, awaiting collection, about to be collected, has been collected by delivery agent, order is cancelled, etc, ultimately after 2 hours and 10 minutes they said you can send an email to request for a refund. They said the owner is not available and will not be calling me.

Food was 1 hour late, cold and greasy. Ice cream was melted and the dessert was terrible. The shop hung up on me when I requested a refund

Peterborough branch when in Westwood was lovely but since moving they just don’t taste good, something in them that just doesn’t fit right, I don’t know if they use a dairy free cheese or even goats but it’s an awful after taste.
Pizzas are large and toppings great, delivery quick and driver pleasant enough, but I stopped after months of not ordering after that I was given a free 15” pizza so took the offer up and ordered a similar with different topping, but again that same taste that you don’t get in other pizzas, awful and they get wasted.

ordered a pizza for my company at 11:45 am and now its 3pm. called the company to ask whats what and the driver saids nobody answered the door... we are in a heavily branded warehouse type building with a big welcome sign to our doors. 3 hours wasted on waiting for a half bothered company for fod never came. customer service on the phone has the intelligence of a new born child.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrific food 🤮 cold, soggy, frozen! Hairs on the pizza.

Wow... Simply the best pizza round. Would highly recommend for great food and service. The dough tastes so fresh and delicious😍 Always our family favourite pizza🍕🍕 Keep up the good work guys👏🏻
