I've ordered from /the espresso shop/ , multiple times for la pavoni equipment and now for gaggia classic pro e24 equipment . The order is always sent with quickness, products are high quality and met my needs the first time. I've used my 54mm gold bottomless portafilter over a thousand times and the commercial gaggia bottomless portafilter with its sturdy walnut handle changed the aesthetic for the better and makes espresso easier and enjoyable to observe. I don't like pulling the tray on the gaggia, so that naked portafilter makes it so your only pulling the tray to empty it instead of needing to make room for a standard cupsize. Thanks for the professionalism in distribution and bringing these products to market.

Easy to order Eureka Mignon Specialita Coffee Grinder 230V - Chrome, arrived next day and it was well packaged.
The grinder surpassed my expectations in terms of ease of use, the grind is easy to set, no static charge so coffee doesn’t cling to grinder, precise setting admittedly I’ve only use espresso grind but have no doubts that it will be fine for Moka pot or French press.

Good range of products and every spare you could imagine. However, recently purchased a new piston and it was really tatty when it arrived. They assured me this item was new and they said I could refund, but the cost of returning it would have meant I'd have got virtually nothing back. I know it wouldn't have impacted performance but I want my machine to look loved inside and out.
