Best service and support ever
Not only everything I needed was in the renovation kit but I was helped with a bit of a teething problem I had ( my own fault for putting everything back in a hurry!).
One brief phone call and all I had to do was a minor tweak and I am happily caffeinated again.
In April, I'm buying a fancy La Pavoni Bellini !
But I'm keeping my Lever machine because it has lasted 15 years and it is still brilliant.
The Espresso shop is utterly wonderful
But also a rather bad influence !

Fantastic Service
I found The Espresso Shop online while searching for parts for my aged Pavoni and emailed a query on parts compatibility.
I got a really comprehensive response the following day and a link to all of the many parts suitable for my machine. As others have said they seem to genuinely care about service. The parts ordered all arrived well packaged earlier today.

Confused. If the item was so expensive then why did you purchase it? The standard shipping can take a bit longer and we have no control over this either as we aren't the shipping company. Your order was shipped from us within 24 hours. You as the buyer/importer (as we are no longer within the EU) are responsible for any duties and fees that you're country impose on you. Perhaps look for the Italian spare part in Italy before purchasing from the UK and shipping back to Italy?? Have the best day :oD
