Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately can’t review the product as Royal Mail lost it but I would like to review the service I received from Gifts4paws. They got back to me straight away regarding the delay in delivery, and even sent a follow up email a few days later detailing what had happened and were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the product I wanted had gone out of stock however, Gifts4paws didn’t hesitate in offering me an exchange with an upgrade in delivery or a full refund. For this reason I would happily order through them again.
