What an absolutely brilliant idea, stumbled across this site when looking to buy pasties by post and wanted a change from my usual pasties by post. This place sells pasties from many different pastry makers and you only pay 1 postage fee if order is below a certain amount, brilliant brilliant brilliant idea, your next challenge is getting more makes onboard and more products from makers.

Finally at Pasty I can eat
Just ate my First cornish pasty since I was diagnosed intolerant to Gluten. Boy did it taste great just as I remember from days when I could eat with no problems.
From ordering was no problem, arrived when it said it would and we'll packed and frozen. Thank you so much for a great tasting Pasty.

Great pasties straight to your door
I have been ordering the pasties for quite a few years now and never had any real issues at all. Even customer services if slightly late for some reason with postal services etc (which, for me has only happened once) they have been most helpful on the phone.
The pasties have always arrived in top condition, and frozen which is the order I make. They are well packaged with frozen packs and lots of them. They also come with bags to put them on once cooked just like being shop bought, which for me is a godsend for work. I would definitely recommend ordering and the site is easy to navigate around. E mail notifications also apply if you require with savings which are good even if taking away the postal fees.

Poor Delivery Experience
Ordered to be delivered on Friday but still haven’t been delivered late Saturday. Not Pasty Stores fault but being with Royal Mail for nearly 3 days and travelling all over the country is not how I want to receive my much awaited pasties.

Great pasties... the true taste of Cornwall.
Great pasties... a simple to use website that allows you to choose from the traditional pasty to ones with flaky pastry and multiple more exotic fillings.
Make sure you've plenty of room in your freezer and order more for the free shipping on getting your order over £50!
I'm almost a regular now but this is my first review, I only hope that you get a great service like I do.
They also respond very quickly to any queries, and supply proper tracking, great comms all round.

Sadly Arrived Late
Sadly, the package of 12 pasties arrived a day late in a somewhat defrosted state. When I tried to telephone the store no one available and despire leaving a message, no call back. Not sure if the pasties can be refrozen safely

Service beyond expectations.
Having been pleased with a previous order I had no hesitation in reordering. Unfortunately on this occasion, due no doubt to poor service from Royal Mail, this order arrived partially defrosted. The Cornish Pasty Store had no hesitation in making a full refund, even despite my informing them I had managed to salvage 60% of the order.
That's such a credit to them in this day & age.

Great customer service.Was informed by the courier that there would be a delay on delivery.As these were frozen uncooked I used live chat to contact customer services....no fuss,no dithering,replacements were sent (this time by Royal Mail)..received today 29th.
And as a bonus the pasties are always great!!!

Pasties were lovely as usual ,
Pasties were lovely as usual ,delivery great but as we had two boxes in the polystyrene box and not sufficient freezer packs to keep pasties frozen ,they had started to thaw as the freezer packs were laid on top of cardboard boxes not around boxes as usual .
