The Cool Cat Club Recenzje

I love the personal touch of a handwritten note to my cat included in my order. The wide variety of food to choose for my cat is excellent and I love that I can try something new each month with free samples. The pouch packaging is good quality and the tins are easy to open. I think the Cool Cat Club is the best for me and my cat's needs and excellent value for money compared to the other subscription cat foods we've tried. I liked the trial pack as it gave us the opportunity to try a little of the different recipes available and build a menu for Fergus based on his preferences rather than potentially wasting food that he didn't like

Our cats are quite fussy eaters but I wanted to try food with a much higher meat content and better ingredients overall. So far so good. They don't like everything but I will know what to order for next time.

Just what my cat needs

We love cool cat club! We received a taster box and our little kitten was sold, we received lovely notes in the box with a welcome message and have had nothing but fantastic customer service and helpful updates with our monthly orders, would absolutely recommend the food is fantastic for your cat and the service is great for you! Dispatched immediately everything is brilliant thank you!

Tried this cat food because my cats stopped eating their regular food. Easy to order with lots of choice. Cats absolutely love it.

My cats are very fussy with food and as with a lot of Sphynx have sensitive tummy’s, they are loving the different flavours and textures.
I highly recommend the food and company

Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a bit of variety in their cat food. The taster box has plenty of options, wet and dry food, and my cat loves them. I appreciate the hand written card included in the package, thank you!

My cat loves your food. That's my primary objective, finding something good quality that they will eat. That makes me happy! Great service as well. Can't fault it!

Amazon let them down badly but Customer Services were responsive and helpful and product itself is great.

So far so good, one of my extremely fussy kittens is eating and hasn't had any diarrhoea since we moved to the cool cat club. She's had diarrhoea for a few months so this is a real step forward for us!

I switched to The Cool Cat Club after there was a recipe change on their previous cat food provider that really upset their tummies, best decision I have made! The food is great, their tummies are happy and their coats are so glossy. The price is also better.

The customer service is amazing when I had a question about my subscription. Thank you so much.

Cool Cat club - Is great cat absolutely loves it. Only issue is he’s now a greedy little pudding now and constantly try’s to get more.

Fast delivery, easy ordering and lots of flavours and textures of food available. Having 4 cats choice is a must as they all have their own likes and dislikes. Having all the options in 1 place makes things easier for myself and I now have 4 very happy cats and a lot less food waste.

Our cats are so fussy buy they clean their plates as soon as the food is on the plate. We have been struggling to find food that is nutritious that they will eat, but they love this. It is on the pricier side but worth the cost in my opinion. And great you get free samples to try recipes before fully committing to adding more recipes to their plan.

Our two cats really enjoy the food.
I’m a bit frustrated with the delivery system through Amazon because despite me setting preferences they just deliver at any time (so far) and didn’t even ring the door bell.
It would be great if you could make it clearer on your website that the tinned food is more expensive than the pouches. I only realised this after receiving the trial pack and trying to order mostly tinned, due to the ease of recycling the packaging.

Lots of different recipes and choices, great sample pack to see what your cat prefers.

Fantastic customer service! Really easy to get in touch with and very flexible when it comes to help and options. Delivery was quick, and most importantly, my cat absolutely loves the food!

I noticed a comment below about the packaging, but honestly, who cares? It’s packaging! I’d much rather pay for top quality food and brilliant support than fancy packaging!

It’s early days but so far I am really pleased with everything related to Cool Cats. It’s so easy to order and amend future orders, the choice is amazing and the quality is excellent. Delivery is also really fast. Oh, and the cat loves it too !
