communication between advisors
When I got to speak to your advisors they were really helpful and I would rate them highly. However, the remote working you now have in place means that people do not know whether each other is working that day - I was asked to keep trying to reach someone who was supposedly in a meeting when actually they were on leave. That caused wasted time, and stress as the renewal date got very close.

Great staff, paperwork minefield
Pauline King was so helpful and great to work with. BUT.. the paperwork was not 'Clear' at all. I had to query several times where certain parts of information I needed were located. Just found the whole thing a bit of a minefield but got to where I needed to in the end!
