Lovely cheese again, but sad to hear that this is the end of the road - especially as I have just completed my 6 stickers! Missed the chutney and the replacement blue. Best of luck for the future!

Unfortunately I was a portion of cheese short in my delivery.
However after informing Cheesegeek the problem was solved and a refund was in my account within a couple of days. Customer service excellent.

Hi Helen,
Thanks so much for your review!
I'm delighted to hear you were happy with the service, but I'm very sorry again for the packing error on your order. Each cheesebox is lovingly hand-packed and, on this occasion, it sounds like our lovely Cheese Whisperers made a human error.
We really appreciate the chance to put things right, and we hope to see you again for a smoother experience next time!

Hi Ann,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really sorry that your order didn't arrive on the chosen day. We know how important it is to receive your cheese on time, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Due to a scheduling issue around the Bank Holiday period, we had to adjust the delivery date for your order. We did reach out in advance to let you know and offer an alternative, and as we didn’t hear back, the delivery was rescheduled by one day. We also included a complimentary pack of crackers as a small apology for the inconvenience.
I’m very sorry again for the disappointment caused. If you’d like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with us directly via hello@thecheesegeek.comand we’ll be happy to help!
Best wishes,
Jen

Hi Nick,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the service.
You shouldn’t have received the same selection twice, and I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
I’m also sorry to hear there have been a few delivery issues along the way. Since moving our fulfilment from London to Edinburgh, we’ve seen a bit more inconsistency with deliveries in some areas, and we’re actively working on improving that.
To apologise for the overall experience, I’d love to offer you a complimentary cheesebox with a different selection, delivered on a date that suits you (either now or with a future subscription delivery). I’ll be in touch directly to sort everything out.
We really appreciate your support, and I’m genuinely sorry things haven’t felt as smooth as they should. I’ve also shared your feedback with the team so we can keep improving.
Best wishes,
Jen

Delivery didn’t arrive
Our family has used cheese geeks for a number of years and the cheeses are amazing. Unfortunately I had booked a delivery for my son’s birthday a month or so in advance but very disappointed that it arrived a day late due to delivery issues. Not sure I would trust this in future and would likely buy the cheeses locally

Hi Claire,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really sorry your son’s birthday order didn’t arrive on the day you were expecting.
I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially as it was ordered in advance for a special occasion.
While the order was dispatched on time with a next-day service, the courier delay meant it arrived later than planned, which I appreciate is frustrating when it was intended as a gift.
We’re really grateful for your support over the years and I’m genuinely sorry this experience has affected your confidence in us. Thank you as well for your feedback - we do take it seriously and are always working to improve the reliability of our service.
If you’d like to discuss anything further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Best wishes,
Jen
Highly Recommended!
Highly recommended, 5⭐️ all round. A return Buyer to the CheeseGeek that specialises in wonderful cheeses & first rate customer care. On this occasion, their courier, DHL badly let them down on two deliveries, it was third time lucky! Every effort was made to resolve, follow thru' & compensate for the inconvenience that the courier caused. A big thank you to all at the CheeseGeek but most especially Jen who was brilliant at chasing & sorting out successfully. Thank you. 😊

Excellent communication from cheese…
Excellent communication from cheese geek and DPD. Quick delivery, very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. Bit naggy for reviews so ok I’ll do one. Purchased a random cheese selection of cheese that was v. close to date which was half price. Totally underwhelmed by the cheeses in the box. Bland, tasteless would be my summary. Apparently cheese geek didn’t send the right quantity so more emails and then another delivery so in the end I received about 1kg of bland cheese for the £20. Duplicates of bland cheese included. Regrettably, threw it out after trying it.
Better off going to Waitrose cheese counter. Doubt I’ll use it again and certainly not at the usual prices. Try cheesegeek and see what you think.

Hi Mr Lees,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really pleased to hear you were happy with the communication, delivery, and packaging, and that everything arrived in perfect condition.
I’m genuinely sorry that the cheeses in your box didn’t deliver the enjoyment you were hoping for. While our Mystery Boxes are curated as a surprise selection of our shorter-dated cheeses looking for a good home, we still always aim to deliver them at peak ripeness and flavour, and I’m sorry this wasn’t your experience on this occasion.
We really value you giving us a try, and your comments have been shared with the team. We do hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
Best wishes,
Jen

Easy to contact and quick to reply to any issues, I had a problem with the delivery company and Cheesegeek followed up with the company twice, sending out another cheese box when the first delivery took too long.
