First of all, received the wrong tracking number, for someone living in England. Then when my item finally arrived, one of my items were missing, and the main products droplet was broken, and leaked all in the package. I don’t understand why this item would be sent, as you could see the rubber on the droplet was split in half, and no way this could have happened in transit. Email seller, a number of times, and have yet to receive a response. I will be looking in the new year to take legal action, and will contact trading standards. This is appalling and I know the email works, as when I had the wrong tracking, I did receive a response. Also to point out, this has been going on since the 30th November.

Wrong product delivered and no customer service what do ever

I paid £49.99 for my cbd oil and then £6.50 DPD delivery. It came late and was just dumped on my doorstep and left there. There wasn't even any address on the package, so I am assuming they live locally. I complained in an email and got no response. I am planning on buying cbd every month, but won't be from this company.

You sold me two broken disposable pens you are wreaking the CBD scene

I have 6 damage discs and nerve damage I was hoping this was going too help 30-50 puffs and it was dead

100 from the 150 mg pen absolutely flashing from the start I feel this type of service is doing the CBD industry no good

Made the order on 13th October 2021. Paid extra for first class tracked delivery and haven’t received any confirmation , tracking details, and most importantly I haven’t received my ORDER 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible customer service haven’t received my order and customer service won’t reply to my emails!!!!! Never will I order again.

I’d give zero stars if it was an option they are the worst rip offs I’ve known go to vapoholics for the best service and best products

"I am very unsatisfied with the order that I placed and would like to return the items for a full refund. This item is simply not as described. The actual CBD content is 0.00075% = 3 / 400000 (of a fraction). Also, one of my items wasn't sealed and the other near enough unsealed also.

Great customer service from curtis, product arrived well wrapped and protected.

Brilliant liquid delivered on time. Only problem after ordering there was no confirmation email or any other emails to say order was complete or even if it had been sent

A friend recommended a try CBD oil as I have terrible anxiety. I have tried chocolate and drinks with it in and haven't really felt any better. I have found this really helpful he calms my nerves instead of having the adrenaline spikes I usually have. I must also point out that I am on medication and use this along side it. It has a really nice taste and I will definitely be buying more.
