Very poor customer service

Order placed 3 August 2026 and only partially delivered.

I visited the 28 October Avenue store twice and was promised a call back. Nearly two weeks later, nobody has called. Numerous calls to 77 777767 have gone unanswered, as have two emails to their helpdesk.

I have now formally requested immediate delivery of the outstanding items or a refund.

Extremely disappointing service and communication.

Never buy extended warranty: they just ignore problems and do not fulfill obligations.

As other reviews I would give this company 0 if I could. I ordered two items cooker hood and ceiling fan including an extension bar. Due to be delivered on a Thursday (waited in had to call them) they said sorry Nicosia had not delivered the extension bar. It would now be delivered Friday morning. No contact from fitter by 13:00, I called fitter reminding him ceiling was 4 metres high, I was told it would now be 3pm. So waited in again he did not turn up until 5pm. He had no method at all to climb. I asked how he expected to fit a ceiling fan without anything to climb on. He said I am not by a ladder for €300. I will come back Monday morning. Needless to say no contact by midday, called again he said he would borrow a friend's ladder, I said he should have one. He then phoned at 1pm to say he might be here at 3.30 or 12 tomorrow.
This is appalling service in fact I would say it is no service at all, expecting you to wait in Thursday Friday Monday and maybe Tuesday and still not sure if it is going to get done.

The worst company and customer service, and online is even worst!

I am without a washing machine for nearly 3 weeks, it broke brand new, 3 monrhs after purchase and all they cared about is to repair it where we lost 2 weeks, in the meanrime they send Samsung technician and washing machine was Sharp!
Technician came twice, it couldnt be repaired and when they decided to replace all they were concerned about is 40 euros difference i had to pay cause the modes i chose was skightly more expensive!
They are RUBISH company, KEEP AWAY!!Go to smaller family owned business where customer service is excellent, avoid this vorporate b....s...!!

Its the whorst shop u can buy from they are lazy not service minded they just dont want to sell or help have had the whorst experience all times i have order or been in the shop

Their warranties are trash. If you take them an item that broke during warranty period, they will try to sell you overpriced spare parts and charge you for repair.
