Absolute scam, ordered and got told he had family issues, said I wanted a refund and the email address is not valid

Ordered a mystery box for my son’s birthday he was so excited to be getting this box, but…never received the order!! Had a few emails from the guy saying it will be sent out and it all sounded pretty positive - but nothing!!! Avoid ordering from this company…. Such a disappointment and very unprofessional. No response to my last 3 emails and then out of the blue a refund email from them. Absolutely shocking customer service…pure let down. His channel should be taken down. False advertising and rubbish service.

Ordered about 5 weeks ago ready for easter , maybe christmas would of been more appropriate!
Emailed saying there was a back log due to family issues , ok fair enough gave the benefit of the doubt and said I would wait another couple of weeks went to email again asking if I wanted a refund but I didn't reply . Now I've been issued a refund without my choice jokes .

Well I really didn’t want to write this until i woke up to a shock horror this morning. I ordered a mystery box at the start of january for my autistic daughter as she saw on tiktok. The website advertised a 5-7 day postage and after a few weeks wait i emailed and jordan was very polite in his response a few more weeks passed and the response was not as polite but this was because of miscommunication on email and this was cleared. Again 4 weeks ago i messaged again and i was given a very nice response saying hopefully next week and i wouldn’t be disappointed in what we received for my daughter. One week ago still no package and an email saying he is trying to get orders out. And now finally which has brought me to write this i woke up this morning to find i have had a refund and my email has been blocked by the company so no way of finding out why this has happened. My autistic daughter had her heart set on this and 3 months later to find i have a refund and email blocked i am now left to explain why this company can not comply with their own advertising. You have time to make tiktoks offering great packages but can not deliver on the advertising. If i could take stars away i would. For future reference to the company dont but delivery times on your page, keep customers updated and finally as a business never refund someone and block their email address without the decency of a explanation.

Made an order over a month ago and appreciate he keeps saying he has family issues ect but this is a business and people are paying for the products as gifts. It’s unacceptable to take peoples money and make us wait months for the products. I emailed to get an update and have been very patient. He didn’t respond and just processed a refund. I think it’s appalling service and wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait months.

. I ordered at the beginning of feb and it’s now near the end of April and still not received anything after him giving me a timescale a week or 2. It’s now the 11th week and still nothing. The worst company Iv ever bought anything from. He eventually refunded me after I sent a long email.

Ordered on the 18th February and have not received any goods. The seller has mentioned having personal issues but this doesn’t seem believable anymore. I’ve been very patient and have requested a refund from him however he has ignored my message whereas before he was responding. Please avoid ordering at all cost.

Never received my order emailed mailed many time and it was one excuse after another kept patient nearly 2 months and never came said they refunded we’ll see if it goes through however will never ever use this candy company again waste of time!!!!

Ordered begining of march, hoping it came within a week or two before Eid, but it's now 16 April, month a half later, after DMs saying a week or so, it's taken a p*ss. Contacted bank as seller says hes now closed the business and for customers who are 'inpatient' to contact their bank for a refund. It's a p*ss take that he didn't hault new sales if it got overwhelming to focus on customers who's waited a month or so, and continued to post marketing reels on Instagram to get new business. Unfortunately, we're not mugs

Never received my order that was meant to be for my daughters Easter present despite ordering this at the beginning of March when asked how much longer it would be kept being told it would be done that week each week passed and just got the same response. Now told to contact your bank for a refund knowing full well it’s not that easy for the customer to claim in back from there banks.

Don’t use this company, complete scam, promises it will be delivered, doesn’t come, then puts a story on Instagram stating he will not be trading anymore and to contact you’re bank for a refund! Also states if you have an order they will be overfilled to use up his stock which is also false! tried to message him and no reply! DO NOT USE COMPLETE SCAMMER!!!!!

Still not received items even though I had an email saying dispatched at the beginning of the month

Scammer Doesn’t send out the goods. Has now closed the website and stated go to the bank to get money back.

Waited ages for my good when I asked for a refund I was told no ad they had been sent but I'm still waiting

Been waiting over two months. This guy is super unprofessional now he claims his mental health is not okey and that’s why 100 customers are fuckd up waiting on the orders.
Look everybody got probs and issues. If you can take control of the bussines just leave it or let somebody else run it. This a shame your bussines a shame. You might get instant karma one day

Not even received it ordered beginning of feb one man band that struggled with the volume

Made my order over six weeks ago and still avin received it yet he told me he sent it out on Tuesday and now it’s Friday and still avin received it I Oder this for my daughter‘s birthday and he promised me I would have it before her birthday now her birthday Wes 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it us had 1 upset and disappointed little girl on her birthday to say the least!!
