Timely delivery and good service. Thank you very much but it would have been helpful if u had explicitly stated that there will be a duty which the recipient will receive a msg for n had to pay. This would have saved us some awkward situation
Compré un producto cosmético de la marca KAMA en UrbanTokri y no lo he recibido pues llega desde India a Barcelona y particulares no pueden importar estos productos, he solicitado la devolución de mi dinero y ni se han molestado en contestar. Comercio no fiable.

Well packaged and fast shipping, thanks a lot. I am so satisfied wit it.
The item (a lamp) was not entirely as expected, it came with no plug and no instructions. We sourced a plug just to find that the whole thing was a fire risk, getting smouldering hot and smoking within seconds. I have since contacted customer services regarding this over 6 weeks ago and nobody has replied.
Great service! My parcel arrived super fast and the item was well packed and at a good price .Communication excellent , highly recommended and will buy again .
