There are so many things that I love about this company. The candles smell divine and burn cleanly…there is a wonderful choice of scents. Quality jars and labels. Ecologically minded packaging and items packed with care. The price point is spot on (I have been caught out in past ordering a candle from another candle company on John Lewis website and was disappointed by size of their £25 candle, especially as it was to be a gift) That won’t happen again now I have discovered this wonderful company.
I’m always tempted to ( and do!) add a little something else to my candle order …bit like a child in a sweet shop! A gift for a loved one, a gift for me! I love the homeware range. Just wish there was a store near me!!…my bank balance would suffer but my home would always smell gorgeous! 😆

Used The Botanical Candle Company for many years. Amazing products (Last Light is my favourite winter fragrance!) and equally amazing is the customer service. Had a problem with the Royal Mail delivery - which is the first time this has happened from many orders - but they sorted this out swiftly and with no fuss. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My birthday is 1st December and my children bought me the beautiful Twelve Days of Christmas box.
It arrived on the day and as I write I am enjoying one of the candles.
I love these scented candles, the best ever, and the box itself is a hand painted work of art.
When I visit the shop the service is always so friendly and helpful and I am lucky enough to live near Shaftesbury so go often.

Only recently made a purchase online from this company, they are amazing!
I ordered tealights and they are the best I have ever had, and I have tried a lot of different companies.
The perfumes are gorgeous, not too strong and perfectly pure.
They burn so well and last a good few hours.
The only thing not simple in the ordering process was which perfume to choose, so many lovely ones to select from.
Ordering itself was so easy, they are packaged beautifully, as they say perfect for gifting, delivery was quick.
Just placed another order for Christmas gifts and know where to shop for candles in future

Just stumbled across this BEAUTIFUL shop in Shaftesbury. The lady there was so lovely, very knowledgeable about every aspect of the business and products and the interaction was just so uplifting. I couldn't resist a candle of one of their in house blends called Quiescent. Im sat overlooking the view on a pretty bench while smelling the candle to bond the memory firmly in place. You can purchase online too!!

I never seem to have any ‘pocket money’ left since discovering The Botanical Candle Company, and honestly, I don’t mind one bit! Every order feels like a little box of joy arriving at my door.

I’ve treated myself and bought gifts for others a few times now, and I can confidently say it’s the only online store where I’ve been delighted with the products 100% of the time. The quality, care, and charm that go into everything they sell truly set them apart.

This is such a lovely company to buy from. The products are exquisite. I particularly love the candles which have the most wonderful evocative scents. Ordering is easy and delivery is amazingly fast.
Packaging is lovely whilst remaining sustainable and eco friendly. One of my favourite companies.
I was gifted 24 tea lights for Advent, First light, Half Light and Last Light. I’ve since purchased many more tea lights and candles.

We ordered some candles for Christmas gifts and were delighted with the quality, service, speed and packaging. All in all it was a pleasure to deal with the company and the products are really nice.

PS As to the review of advent gift, it states in the description that there are 12 candles in the gift box! 12 days of Christmas I guess.
