From asking questions via online to actually sleeping on our new beds the whole process was an absolute dream
Ordered online direct from company, we were kept in the process all the way rung to confirm delivery date and when they were 30mins from our home
Beds were put in place we had a Harewood with large headboard and footboard in the ottoman bottom opening design with orthopaedic mattress with memory foam topper we also had a Ripon as above but with a 2000 pocket sprung mattress
Slept great and the amount of of storage is amazing

King size bed, ordering & buying option very good
A little confusing with the delivery

Excellent service my daughter loves the bed very comfy design is nice to

Overall I’m really happy with the bed, it’s as pictured and was easy enough to put together. The only issue I had was I found that I had to message and ask about delivery and it wasn’t as stated on the website. I sent a message to find out about delivery and was told that I would be notified the day before the delivery but I wasn’t. I got a phone call from the delivery driver when he was an hour away luckily I had finished work. I received an email 2 days after delivery saying my order was complete and they would let me know when it was shipped. Nothing majorly negative just a few glitches in communication and time scales. I would order from here again as the bed itself is good quality and the people I spoke to were polite.

Perfect service ,perfectly made beds

Hello Ashe, I'm sorry I missed your call yesterday, I was having a long conversation. Anyway, I would like to thank you personally for the help you gave me throughout the delivery, you were excellent and I think you went the extra mile . The delivery guys were also very good the way they handled the delivery and I will certainly be giving your company a five star rating.
Many thanks Lawrence.

The customer service from this company is second to none. Ash one of the managers was so helpful. I asked for delivery on a certain week and he was more than happy to oblige. I called on the week of delivery to check it was still scheduled and again Ash was able to give me one of 2 days and said I would be given a call the day before with a 4 hour time scale and the driver would call on the day when he was 30 minutes away. Ash called the day before and also checked we were OK putting the bed together. I said we were but he said to save his number and if we had any problems we could video call him. Driver called on day of delivery to let us know he was 30 minutes away. He was very polite when he arrived. I called Ash to thank them for their excellant customer service.

Great bed , kept me updated about delivery too

Excellent service from start to finish.
We had a small hiccup with the delivery, but it was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. We’ll definitely be using The Bed Village Yorkshire again for our holiday let business, highly recommended!

I recently purchased a king size divan bed and I couldn’t be happier! The bed itself is incredibly comfortable and feels really sturdy—exactly what I was looking for. What made the whole experience even better was the amazing customer service I received from Ash. From the moment I placed the order, Ash kept in touch, making sure everything was going smoothly and all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive these days. Truly impressed with both the product and the service! Highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish of the process.
From ordering fabric swatches to choosing bed style to delivery.
They even called the day after delivery to see if we were happy with the bed and mattress.

Website made it easy to get what I wanted. Great communication as to delivery time and checking after delivery if everything OK. Delivery driver excellent. Would highly recommend.

Amazing beautiful bed. Great communication. Bed ordered, delivered and up in under a week. Definitely buy from them again.

I was absolutely thrilled with my bed. Within a few days my bed has been delivered. Prompt action and very helpful advice. Great all round experience.😊👍

Very easy ordering and fast delivery. Customer service good. I love the bed, it looks great and no issues so far. The ottoman is very smart with a foot board which many companies leave out.

We went away last week and stayed in an accommodation that had a super king-size bed. We decided that we needed one to improve our lives. We researched and checked reviews and decided that The Bed Village would be a good choice. We placed the order on Monday, 5th May 2025, and the bed arrived today, four days ahead of schedule!! The delivery lads carted the large mattress upstairs for us. Very kind. Thank you. The bed was fairly easy to set up, but we checked with Ash, who could not have been more helpful. Bed set up, now looking forward to a great night's sleep. This company has amazing reviews, and I can see why. I can totally recommend The Bed Village as a company, and their staff are so helpful.

Ordered through the bed village after another website let me down! The team at the bed village were brilliant. Fast delivery, responsive on the phone and very helpful. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the ordering to the receipt this company makes you feel like part of their family. They are so welcoming along with being professional and efficient. We bought 2 ottoman divan beds with mattresses. I have to say the quality for the price is fantastic and the beds look much more expensive. We’re so pleased with our experience with The Bed Village - we will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.
