Very happy with purchase. Bed is beautiful and made to my requirements. Beautiful colours to choose from. Customer service are extremely good with prompt replies to any queries.
Had an issue with a broken foot, immediately sent out a whole bag of replacements!
Will not hesitate to buy from this company again .

So helpful. I am elderly and they did everything to make the whole experience painless. From the initial enquiry to the chaps who dismantled the old bed and installed the new, it was marvellous. I can’t thank them enough.

I ordered an Evie bed and mattress from Sleepvillage. I was carried along right from when the order was placed until it was delivered.Jay was quite helpful with communication.
The delivery guys too were professional, friendly and did a perfect job with the installation.The installation was swift and perfect.
My daughter saw it and was quite impressed.She will be placing an order soon.

Ordered a double bed from this company. Thought I would have a wait but it arrived very soon after the order. We put it together ourselves but we might have been a bit heavy with the mallet putting on the feet and managed to break two. Emailed the company that day and got a response the next advising replacement feet would be with us the following day which they were. I think the feet could be a little more robust but can't fault customer services.

There was a small manufacturing error which I queried with SleepVillage upon delivery. They immediately acknowledged the error and promised a replacement. While the replacement was being made I was updated periodically on progress. Outstanding service and exceptional customer interaction

Was looking for a bed that wasn't too costly and good quality and thats excaly what i got the bed looks amazing!!! and very comfortable, i love it. Honestly If your thinking about it just order from them you wont be disappointed. Delivery was super fast and the two guys who did the assemble was very polite and quick . Lovely bed

Great aftercare from sleep village, The engineers who visited my property were very professional and quickly understood the issue I was experiencing with my divan bed. I can’t thank them enough for how fast they arranged and completed the repair. Needless to say, I was very happy with the service and the repair. Many thanks to engineers, Jaahaan and Kyle .

I ordered 2 divan beds really love them, unfortunately one was damaged couldn’t get one of the drawers to open got in touch and someone came and replaced the runners and now it’s working perfectly really happy with the service I received thank you would buy from you again

The bed we ordered came within a few days, it is lovely quality very sturdy we did have a problem with the footboard as the slots weren't lined up correctly my other half just loosened the screws and it wiggled into place afterwards but this needs addressing also no instructions regarding the headboard fixings,that would help. The delivery drivers weren't very pleasant and although 2 men delivered only one was struggling up the drive with the bases of the bed my other half helped him neither actually spoke to us apart from saying goodbye, which was a bit disappointing, all in all we are pleased with the bed though

I have just completed my bed purchase with Sleep Village. The customer service from start to finish has been first class. The member of staff who deals with the orders, Jay, goes over and above what you would expect. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for him. His response to queries, any time of the day or evening, is within minutes. A great representative for Sleep Village, who made the purchase hassle free. The bed arrived yesterday and looks great. Bed a4ived earlier than expected. Looks beautiful, love the headboard especially. Had to get in touch a few times and they replied promptly and sorted any questions or problems. Will definitely tell people to go to sleep village in the future. Oh and the price was really good as is the quality. Delivery driver was also polite and helpful

Zein and team were absolutely fantastic! Bed and mattress delivered and put together in roughly half an hour. Both very professional and efficient. Especially working within such challenging spaces i.e. the staircase. Highly recommend

If self assemble instructions would help. Holes dont line up at all,

I cannot fault Sleep Village. From purchase to delivery it was 7 days. Excellent customer service, superb quality bed that came built just had to attach the headboard. I will be recommending them for sure!

Got a lovely new bed a couple of weeks ago from Sleep village , looks just like on the photo and seems sturdy. I opted for a divan with 2 storage drawers which are pretty deep and roomy. The mattress was made specially for me as I wanted a specific height. The men that delivered and set it up were polite and efficient. Overall a decent experience and lots of help from their sales man Jay. I would buy from them again.
