I ordered 2 small acrylic sheets for a coldframe. When they arrived, they were of an incorrect size. The problem was dealt with super efficiently with absolutely no issues. No hesitation in giving a five star status.

Excellent service
Only placed an order for a small piece of acrylic for a bathroom cabinet. Overnight changed my mind from opal to clear frosted glass so emailed company. Received a reply very quickly saying order changed and a further email a couple of hours later saying order being sent. Arrived two days later. Excellent service and the item was perfect.

Sterling service
Needed two sheets of acrylic to replace glass broken in the recent wind storms, did not want glass again as my pet nearly cut himself walking on the shards. Older house the panes are not regular size so exact measurements were needed. I phoned in my order and quick as a blink the man was bringing the first one up my steps! I ordered a cut to measure sheet of 2 ml acrylic for my greenhouse door pane, which got blown off in a gale. The order was as stated, the correct size and came within 2 days. It is now fitted and fit for purpose so I am very pleased with the purchase.
