Great indoor/ outdoor rug
Needed a floor covering in a small extension off my kitchen that is the pathway for my often wet, muddy and sometimes caked in grass dog. I got a plastic rug often used as an outside rug, which fits well stays in place with Velcro and really does the job as I can easily move it outside to shake or wash. Very happy indeed.

Great quality and service
Ordered a rug for front room and must say fantastic quality and very thick and snug feel. Ordered a 2nd for the hallway slightly smaller 😀 very happy with delivery and service will be number 1 company for rugs

I ordered 1 rug and when it arrived I…
I ordered 1 rug and when it arrived I realised I had put in the wrong size, however it was needed. I then ordered the larger rug, which arrived within a week and am very happy with the size and colour (although slightly different from the first). Prices are very reasonable and would purchase again from you.

Rug was ok but the delivery was dreadful !
Rug was ok but I think the delivery company you choose to delivery the rugs needs to improve their service.
We arranged for the delivery for a Thursday and given a time slot, delivery never happen, their website stated attempted delivery, but no one was in and a card left. Both was untrue as as we was in all day and we have a ring door bell showing no one came. We again arranged for a re delivery on the Monday and the same thing happen again. There is NO phone number supplied to make contact with the driver, we supplied a phone number and no one called us ! My husband left a strong worded complaint on the delivery companies website and only a response after the delivery happened on the 3rd attempt. In total we had to wait in 3 days for this delivery owing to incompetence and blatant lying by the delivery company.

I love this rug
I love this rug, it is exactly like the picture and just what I wanted. It looks fab in the corner of my room with my plant, candles and lanterns. It finishes off the area beautifully. It did take a while to arrive but it was worth it.

Good Value, Poor Delivery Service
Had two rugs from here, both have been lovely rugs - not necessarily the highest quality but what I expected for the low price. The downfall was the delivery experience. First one came a day late. The other told us it would be next day delivery, but took around 5 days to arrive.
