My order came very quickly...however, none of the items fit well enough. I gave contacted them three times about returning with no response!

Wonderful company. I love ordering from them because the clothes are always high quality and shipping time is so fast. They always leave a hand written note in your package which is so nice, and they donate a portion of sales to charity! Never had a bad experience with this company

Actualizo: Tras 1 mes sin recibir el pedido, les escribí a Thaluta, pero nunca contestaron. Escribí aquí la queja. Finalmente, tras 35 días llegó el pedido en perfectas condiciones.

I made an order and I didn't like how it looks on me and the material wasn't good. So when I emailed them for a refund, no reply whatsoever. So the money was a waste

An update: So they replied to my review after 2 years with rudeness? What a good customer care service, which suits your materials.

Recently I’ve purchased from Thaluta trousers and a top. I really like theirs clothing. It’s not perfect quality, but really original designs. The customer service made me really upset. When I proceeded with the order I forgot to put my PO box number. There wasn’t any separate section for it or reminder, like on other websites. I payed 12$ for international delivery. It arrived in my country and I received a message from post office that I have to pay additional 8$ for delivery. I was shocked, as this never happened before. So anyway, the post office people said that this is because there wasn’t full address (no zip code) and now I have to pay extra charge (that the country rules for some reason). So I wrote to the shop Thaluta. Explaining situation and asking for complimentary 10% off my order (which other shops would do anyway) I bought all the products without discount and this is my second time ordering from them. As I think it was theirs mistake too. But the customer service were totally indifferent to my situation and just theirs main point was to prove that it’s not theirs mistake it was mine. I never heard a “sorry for any inconvenience” or we give you a 10% off your next order or anything like that. Looks like they not holding on for theirs good customers at all. And this is really a shame. The girl Nataya wasn’t nice to me or helpful at all… So I won’t buy from this shop again unfortunately.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Great company, with lovely products from natural materials. And, not only that, but they donate 10% to street cats, a cause after my own heart.

Ordered 2 dresses - wow! Both above expectations! Material is so nice and soft, I want to wear them all the time. Very comfortable. I received order in around 3 weeks from placing it, timing is really good keeping in mind it was travelling to Eastern Europe. Love Thaluta, will buy again! Thank you

Was given a skirt that is just very unflattering. Wanted to make an exchange for something of lesser value - all shipping on me. Was made to contact my gift giver. Yet still no help. Nothing ethical about clothing waste - especially when there is a simple solution.

I ordered a pair of pants and earrings about a month ago now. I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. I still haven't received my order and when i contacted thaluta I was told i can track my order but never received a tracking number still! very unhappy and disappointed.

I ordered a beautiful dress and it came with a little handwritten thank you note for ordering. It is a high quality dress and I absolutely love it!

I ordered a dress, some harem pants and a kimono. I love them all. All great quality and beautiful. They came within the time promised to the UK. Even came with a lovely personal note. I read the website and loved the ethics of the company but I was worried with my first order, because I only found out about the company through Facebook ads and I often don’t trust that. However I read reviews on here and they reassured me. Hopefully this one will do the same for someone else! I will be wearing these for many years and they will make me smile.

Placed an order with these guys just over a week ago. My items arrived today (I'm in the uk) and I am over the moon! Fantastic quality and really beautiful! I'm a busty girl so haven't ordered any tops as I suspect they run small but the harem pants are perfect! I didn't receive any live tracking as such but I did receive regular emails updating me on my package. Can't wait to go out and show them off! Thankyou guys, will definitely be ordering again
