Everything went wrong. Only bad experiences with their poor quality clothing and customer service. They claim 'ethicality and transparency', but if with something they have been transparent with it's that they are not customer-oriented but only interested in maximum profit, and that their claimed 'ethicality' is just a marketing strategy. They also have a very rigid and strategized return policy created in a way that the customer will almost always loose.
Clothes are beautifully pictured but do not fit as presented in real life, they are clearly very cheaply produced. Do not buy from this company.

Ich habe für über 300€ bei Thaluta bestellt.
Überall auf ihrer Seite werben sie mit ihrem Rabattcode auf jede Bestellung. Diesen habe ich selbstverständlich genutzt.
Als ich dann meine Rücksendung mit allen gelieferten Artikeln bis auf einen machen wollte, da diese leider auch nicht so wie erhofft waren, hieß es ich könne nichts zurückschicken.
Grund dafür ist, dass ich den Rabattcode benutzt hätte und man rabattierte Artikel nicht zurücksenden könne.
Sie meinten dies würden sie versuchen so klar wie möglich zu machen...
Mal ehrlich, welcher Mensch ließt sich die AGBs durch bevor er etwas bestellt. Dann müsste man es unter den Rabattcode oder beim Checkout dazuschreiben. Es kommt uns sehr trügerisch vor...

Ordered a top and yoga pants. They came within time-frame. The quality does not add up to the price. The pieces do not resemble the pictures, they are smaller and have a different cut. I tried returning them But the return is too expensive and too complicated. I Will never buy from this company ever again. I feel scammed. Not recommended.

Ordered the Amara Bohemian Maxi Dress, it arrived within the advised timeframe, I asked for fedex so it came very quick.

Dress is amazing, the wrap was easy to figure out, colour beautiful, fabric sturdy.
Can’t wait to take it out for a spin.

The dress came with a little hand written card with thanks for the purchase message it was very cute.

I ordered something and was charged for it. They, not me, then canceled the order two hours later. I was foolish and did this twice. They replied to my inquiries. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, they cancelled my order because I “didn’t buy enough to warrant the shipping”. This business is a fraud.

Schlimmster Shop überhaupt! Bestellt da ja nicht! Man bekommt die Retoure wieder zurückgeschickt und auf die Frage per Email was das soll, bekommt man keine Antwort-NIE! Und ich hab das wochenlang probiert! 200 Euro einfach weg und denen is das egal. So verdienen die ihr Geld......BESTELLT NICHT

I’m super happy with my order from Thaluta! The clothes smell amazing and came with a lovely personalized card. The pieces themselves are just wow. I absolutely love the fabric and how I feel when wearing them. For reference, in France I had around €15 customs fees for a ~€100 order, but I knew that in advance so it wasn’t a surprise (just mentioning it FYI). Shipping was very fast, the customer service was responsive, and overall it was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

I ordered a dress, it was far too big for me. I wrote multiple times to Thaluta email to organise a refund and return, but I didn't hear anything back at all!! I wouldn't buy from here again...

Ich kann nur jedem abraten bei Thaluta zu bestellen.
Ich habe vor einem Monat bestellt und die böse Überraschung kam im Nachhinein.
Ich sollte fast 100 Euro Zoll zahlen.

Really nasty customer service, they accuse me of lying and dont take my complaint serious.
Nice dress, well made but the quality is not what i expected. In total i spend 60€ with clearance, not 30€ as Thaluta says in their reaction. After only 3 short times of wearing the fabric is already pilling, i did not wash it yet or anything. I send them an email with my complaint and pictures of the pilling. Customer Care reacted very blunt, unprofessional and -after several emails from my side went unanswered- simply say we have never heard this complaint before, so case closed. I am very unsatisfied, for the price i expected good quality and a friendly, professional customer care Would NOT buy again!
And in case Thaluta will react on this review, i also did reviews on Facebook and if you like i can place them on the Thaluta site. 😇
Also, Thaluta, i did not wash it or put it in the dryer. I am very upset that you are trying to accuse me of lying: as i told you in my emails i did not wash it yet. And Thaluta, i already emailed you one week after receiving the dress, its because you ignored my emails that its now two weeks later. Also, Thaluta: you write you never heard of pilling but then you recommend me to buy silk because this doesnt pill? 🤔

Har bestillt 2 skjørt herfra. Og skjørtene er like fine i virkeligheten som på bildene med god kvalitet. Varene kom raskt.

Ordered a couple dresses and they were exactly as shown on the website. The material feel and print was really gorgeous.
Although a bit pricey, you get quality pieces, which is rare these days when ordering online.
It was all packaged up with care even with a little personalized note from the company.
I would definitely buy again from here.

Package arrived really fast. Seller replied to every email I sent. I got notifications about package, also. Clothes are beautiful, they have very nice colours, the materials just fine, the sizes are good.

Habe mir extra für den kommenden Sommer nochmal 4 Hosen für mich und meine Freunde bestellt. Habe schon 2 und bin total begeistert. Der Stoff fühlt sich einfach nur toll an und ist perfekt für die lauwarmen Sommernächte. Mit der Lieferung hat auch alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Bought exactly the same dresses in Thailand on markets for 10/15 euros. Pretty but not high quality and certainly nog worth what they ask for it.

Ich habe eine Erstbestellung abgegeben und bin sehr Zufrieden.
Sehr schnelle Lieferung nach Österreich innerhalb einer Woche.
Da ich nicht reklamieren möchte, gibt es keine Beschwerden.
Einzige Bemerkung wäre, dass die Stoffe etwas dicker wirken als sie im Endeffekt sind. (Ich habe 2 Wollwesten bestellt)
Insgesamt würde ich wieder bestellen

Ich liebe die Hosen !! Hab schon 3 stück, 1 davon ist schon 7 oder 8 jahre alt und immer noch wie neu auch nach 100 mal waschen !! Ich werde immer wieder bestellen !! Der Versand nach Österreich ist mega schnell !! Ich liebe diesen Shop <3

Got my order quick! Did not fit well due to wierd cut. (Not like the pictures) forget abut making a return. Is a trade from Thailand and they make impossible to returnthe item, do not order from them. I lost $300 US dollars due to ordering 6 pieces!!!

I've ordered from them 3 time, all shipments arrived quickly. Clothing is beautiful, exactly as pictured online. I just suggest you check sizing, as they run on the small side. I wear a XS/S and the small was perfect, if just a little roomy.

Like the reviewer before me, my order came very quickly and the process was seamless. However when the order arrived, it wasn't cut the way it was in the picture, and the sizing was a little off for me. I wanted to return it, and got in touch to with the company immediately, and they have ignored me. I have sent 3 emails and still nothing...
