I made the reservation and payment online. on the day of the test i went to the clinic located near me. I was told that my file was not there, therefore, the nurse receptionist asked me to call the people to who i make the payment online for them to fix that by sending them my file. I waited for about 10-30 minutes for that to be sorted out... The service at the clinic was fast and the nurse or doctor was very kind. Few days later i received the result. I am happy, i am a father and i love my baby boy.

In general, i appreciated the service delivered by Test Me DNA, however, i would like to suggest to easy the communication between the online people and the clinic, so that we don't have to call and request for document online before the clinic admit us.
