I found Runway Health after learning my health provider's new procedure was going to charge me $1600.00 for a travel health appointment which my insurance would not cover. Ordering the necessary meds was easy. Runway emailed the progress of my order every step of the way. Today, it arrive but with the wrong amount of pills. I emailed Runway's support team and in 5 minutes they replied. They acknowledged their mistake and send they would expedite the corrected order to me within 24 hours, no additional charge. The cost of the meds were comparable to what I have paid at the local pharmacy for the same drug. I travel all the time, and having my health care provider change their process was a shock that travel care was going to cost me so much. I am so grateful to find Runway Health. They have my return business for sure. I'm not sure how they do vaccines, but when I need one next, I'm sure they have a process to take care of it.
