The DNA Test Kit was very easy to do at home and the results came back within 5 business days from when I mailed the kit back. I called customer service in advance to ask a few questions and they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this service for DNA testing.

When they made it so simple customer service was awesome they called me right away as soon as I made my order to clarify everything best of all it only took a couple of days for them to give me the best news of my life.

I seen shows on television regarding paternity but never would I want to put my business out there like that, so I googled and found a company that does DNA testing. I called and spoke with a representative they were so respectful and courteous. They answered all of my questions the test was provided by mail to me and the other person who lived out of state. The results were returned back to the company by FedX insuring the results. I was very comfortable with the laboratory report given me. When the results came they called me to tell me the results were emailed and if I had any questions. That they would mail the results to the prospective persons involved.
