Works as intended.
Product came a lot quicker than I thought it would. Fairly easy to install using the YouTube video. Even after setting the box to be the primary bluetooth connection, it still sometimes connects directly to my phone and I have to switch it to make audio work. Not that big of a deal. The only downside is the vehicle's wifi is connected to the box and therefore it does not connect to the cellular network for any other data (assuming you have Premium Connectivity) such as routing, traffic, etc. There seems to be a lot of options in the box's main software but I can't seem to find a manual anywhere on how to use these other options.

I've been asked twice to review a product that I haven't received yet. Once I saw it coming from China, I expected it would take some time. I'm just giving my honest opinion of the utility I'm receiving right now as requested. I don't have it so no value. I ordered July 13. It is July 30.

Using with an up to date iPhone 17. Bluetooth connects only once every 2-3 drives. Everything has to be reset to get it to connect after it freezes. No sound without Bluetooth so no music and no gps voice guidance. I view it as completely worthless. When it does connect, touching the screen is slow and laggy. Often try multiple times to get it to recognize a screen touch. Essentially a parlor trick to display CarPlay screen with barely any functionality.

Space box heat is extremely hot which might lead to melting the plastic case

I sent the space box product back because it just didn’t work properly. It was sluggish and buggy. The instructions to install didn’t work. And then to top it all off they completely ignore me when I requested a refund. I had to pay to return this product if you could call it that and then they don’t even contact me regarding my refund. If I could score less than one I would. Complete waste of £100 don’t waste Yours.

I love the way it looks ! It was an easy install. The warning lights for above speed limits is great and the blind spots are now visible to my eyes. A lot better than a tiny red spot. Great upgrade!

The SpaceBox does not automatically connect. It’s basically connecting to a website. It’s glitchy. It’s slow. It disabled Grok when in use and messed with other Tesla functions. The QR code they sent with the space box did not work.
Customer service was equally as disappointing- gave us the run around for almost 30 days before I finally got my refund. Told us we set it up wrong. They wanted pictures. Then they wanted pictures again. Then they told us we set it up wrong —again. It just went around and around. There is no human to speak with. Ultimately we got authorization to return it after a ton of frustration. Had to pay my own shipping and even though I argued over the “restocking fee” and they said they’d waive it, they didn’t. Had to contact them one final time to send them a copy of their email to me saying it was waived. Supposedly they are refunding the $10 restocking fee now.
In summary, the product is terrible and the customer service is just as bad.

The product was super to install and it works fantastic and the price was great as well.

Rear screen install was easy took about 15 minutes.
Instructions easy to follow. Kit is easy to use, comes with every you need except a torq 10 bit. (These are cheap and available at a hardware store if you don't have one.
Can't wait to go on road trip now with my kids.
Sitting in the back seat tooks so luxurious now. Looks like a brand new car.

I have order so much and not sure which product we are rating. So much stuff that I have order months ago that hasn’t received yet.

All of the items I received were good. The downside is that I couldn't get the parts installed. The other challenge is that I never got the downloaded instructions on how to install

The product doesn’t do anything. Space box is a BS box. The customer service doesn’t exist. And I can’t return it because they keep telling me they’re waiting for the vendor to decide whether they’ll take it back or not. I just got it today. Complete POS. Johan Sebastian.

I purchased the space box and to be honest, it’s terrible. The thought of being able to use Apple car play in my Tesla was to tempting to not try it out. I took it out in a day. It’s a great idea, unfortunately the product is garbage. They offer a 30’day return. I submitted for a return three weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back from them. If you’re looking for aftermarket parts for your Tesla, go elsewhere.

Great bit of kit but didn’t realise it was usb connect, thought it was hard wired.

I had a mix up with 2 different sets sent to me. I was upset with the return process however, they delivered on their promise. I found their follow up was timely and they sincerely cared about the mistake.
