Product is what was advertised but lags and seems to run slow for CarPlay and Andriod auto plus had to change from French to English? But still not using because can’t figure sound out with phone and connection very frustrating I’m not a computer person…

Great experience. Fast delivery plus excellent fit of noise reduction strip. CarPlay adapter is a little luggy but much, and I really mean it, much smoother than the other ones I've bought. Overall 5 stars. recomended!!

I did the sound deadening improvement and it was very easy to install. The accompanying video was also very good.

No instructions. Had a QR code that just went no where. Now I am searching for instructions that fit my Juniper.

The sound-proofing product for Tesla 3 is great in function, but the instructions were difficult to follow in specificity. IE Left from Right on the Pillar gaskets, not from the gasket, but from the video. I spent a lot of brain power confirming the "Right" and "Left" were as one sat in the car, not as you faced it. Useful to use "driver's side" and "passenger side" in the instructions

Shipping took way too long, and all of the products fall apart instantly. Definitely do not purchase from this website.

Great product, however, the directions for the model S are not useful at all. They should include some details on which side to install toward the inside or outside. They also have one gasket with a closed end and no directions on where it is placed. Details could have been a lot better.

Easy to install. Seeing a 6-10db decrease in wind noise. Worth it.

The upgrade, floor mats, fit like a glove and were quick to slide into place.

Beware! Their Tesla Y Juniper kit does not fit properly. It is too tight in the front and rear trunks, and it includes an unnecessary element for the A-pillar. They also charge an $8 restocking fee for unopened kits and do not cover the return shipping costs. In my case, these charges amounted to nearly 50% of the purchase price. Their system provides an RMA but not a shipping address, which you have to request separately.

Buying was easy. The sound proof insulation strips don’t always stay in place. I have had to restick two strips in the past week.

Order arrived promptly, and the instructions on the video were very helpful. Easy to apply.
