I ordered this bracelet and although I was happy with the quality of the bracelet and the delivery time s Scale it was brought as a Christmas present and when it arrived it was just in a plastic bag would of expected it to be in a box carrying your logo like the one that purchased last time for a Competitor Cernucci

I’m from the U.S. and have ordered from Tericci several times. Delivery for every order has always taken a week or less for me so maybe I’m one of the lucky ones. Anyways, the jewelry is made with amazing quality. I’ve been rocking the 12 mm cuban link bracelet and 5 mm cuban link chain for more than 2 years now and there have been zero signs of tarnishing or wearing out at all. Just wanted to give you guys a lil compliment for the holidays. Cheers.

Nothing arrived. 2 weeks still nothing.

More than my expectations, the chain and bracelet was awesome. master craft. The packaging was perfect for a gift. The only issues I had was delay in delivery and please work on your customer care service.

I have never bought mens jewellery before, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Tericci website offering suggestions. Without these I may have gone massively wrong.
The overall shopping experience was very user friendly. I purchased a Cuban chain gift set. It was actually a gift for myself.
The order was promptly acknowledged and dispatched the same day. The parcel arrived within 3 days, so I was very pleased. The chains themselves look exactly as illustrated on the website. I am very impressed with the look, feel and quality of the items.
Would I use Tericci again? Definitely. Thankyou Tericci for a great shopping experience. I will be looking at other items in the very near future.

Paid for 24h delivery and my order took 3 weeks to arrive.

When it did arrive it, it was cheap rubbish clearly outsourced to China.

The quality was so low I’d be embarrassed to wear it in public or give as gift to anyone else.

Emailed several times and messaged on insta asking to return and have been ignored. Yet somehow I still get marketing emails.

Awful company, avoid at all costs. This is a scam.

Ordered a chain plus gift packaging for it great quality easy use of services came on time and jewellery is really good quality, have had multiple items gifted too and jewellery has lasted wearing almost every day for over a year

I ordered two chains this summer. The order I received was not the correct order, but despite my constant attempts to get in touch with tericci my emails have been consistently ignored. Please respond to my emails ☹️

Ordered on 21st of November. Paid extra for 24h delivery. 8 days later and it’s not yet been dispatched. Contacted them twice to say I expect a refund and have been ignored.

This company is a scam and have effectively stolen money from me. Will have to go through my bank to get my money recovered.

Please avoid this company and hide any targeted adds you see.

Cannot recommend Tericci enough. My boyfriend ordered a chain from here around 2 years ago and has worn it daily ever since but by looking at the quality you would think it was brand new. I recently ordered a a necklace and wrist chain for him for christmas and i know for a fact he will be over the moon. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for high quality chains for such a great price!
