Brilliant service, some effort is needed from the end user.
This is the second time I have used Tent Spares. Service is excellent, however some effort is required to cut to length etc. This was not an issue for me as I am reasonably handy on the tools.

clarification of the items advertised
Due to an error in ordering the incorect replacement tent poles I messaged Tent Spares, and they very quickly resolved my issue and the correct poles have been despatched and are currently enroute.
I have returned the incorrect poles for credit.
As a result i am very happy with the excellent service provided by Tent Spares

We have just checked your order and on the title it does state 183cm. The Nevada M has four different pole runs and they all state the measurements on the title and description.
You may have ordered the wrong one. If you want to send us a message we can see what's gone wrong and guide you to the right product which you need.

Really bright
Really bright guy ropes, so not tripped over yet! However two of the four have been chewed by squirrels! I have sprayed vinegar on them to try to save them. They are long enough to still work luckily. Otherwise I would have to buy some more from them! Arrived promptly.

Very happy with purchase. Needed a couple of new poles after wind damage during the summer holidays. Tried different places with no luck. I found Tentspares and found exactly what I was after. A bonus was the spare elastic. Not needed just now, though may need in the future. Very easy to order and delivery was very quick. Will definitely be a return buyer as I have a variety of tents and all in the stock. 😁
