I bought two different different types of matcha; The Izumo Seicha: Izumo Ceremonial Matcha and the Azuma Tea Garden: Wazuka no Mukashi Matcha. However, after I checked out I never got an order confirmation. I then got in contact with Tencha on the weekend to ask about my order and I had a reply within such a short time where they helped me figure out my order, which I received shortly afterwards. Not only is the Matcha truly great the fantastic customer service was such a positive experience for me that I would purchase from them anytime again. Can fully recommend this company.

As my first matcha experience, 'Azuma Tea Garden's Samidori no Ka' from Tencha has truly set the bar high. This matcha offers a rich umami flavour and a brilliant green colour that make each sip memorable. The beautiful packaging and prompt delivery added to the experience. Easy to order, took a while for the delivery to arrive. Easy to follow instructions for a first timer like myself in making proper tea.
