Tenancy.Cleaning Recenzje

Thank you Ali and team for the wonderful and professional end of tenancy cleaning of our flat.

Cleaner cancelled about 10 minutes before arrival time.

Was told I hadn’t paid so a refund didn’t need to be issued. I had paid. Although they have stated the refund is being processed it has now been 4 days and no refund in my account. Wouldn’t recommend.

Christos Ntemo Team have done an amazing job. They have made the whole house cleaner than when we started our tenancy. Punctual and very good with my 7 year old with answering all of his questions.

Edit : now that I've had time to go over the property the job is nowhere near good enough specially added blinds to the quote and paid extra for each one and none have been done, cobwebs still there and appliances not cleaned, splashback not cleaned radiators not wiped extractors in bathrooms not touched. I was rushed around to see what they wanted me to see. And then given a link to leave a 5 star review and told i need to leave a 5 star review and they need a screen shot. A 3rd of the deposit was paid for the clean and I will be lucky to get any back unless I re-clean.

Good experience! Easy to arrange and arrived on time. Robert and his team worked very quickly and flat was in excellent condition when they left! Thank you.

Christos and his colleague arrived promptly and cleaned the house well. They were both polite and helpful.

Unfortunately I opted for an end of tenancy clean, this wasn’t to the optimum professional standard by any chance and by the time the landlord reviewed it, I still had to pay additional charges for a professional cleaner as lots of windows, worktops and sockets were still left uncleaned. The carpet also didn’t look professional cleaned by any means. I wont be recommending this service at all!

Great, friendly service. Very thorough and efficient - flat never looked cleaner! Would recommend!!

Efficient and thorough end-of tenancy clean. Two cleaners came & I am very happy with the job! Annoyingly, we had to pay extra for the hob & fridge to be cleaned as I did not realise these were ‘appliances’, but I think that’s my wrong-doing. Definitely recommend this company.

Ali and his team were absolutely brilliant. The flat is spotless, the job is perfect. In addition, they were really kind people who went above and beyond for the job. Would book again and again and again!

The job was fantastic. They really went the extra mile for me. I was truly amazed at how sparkling the oven was, way beyond my expectations.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Gloucester team cleaned perfectly all four floors of my house perfectly, even included two sofas which i didnt include. Really good service!

Cleaner Abubakr Ismael
Arrived on time,
Very please with overall cleaning standard,
Most impressed with cleaning of oven which had some heavy stains,

Would highly recommend

I paid £710 for an end-of-tenancy clean. My landlord’s independent checkout identified numerous cleaning issues including the dishwasher filter, dust, dog hair and further carpet cleaning. When I complained, the company declined to investigate because my complaint was outside their guarantee period, despite me only becoming aware of the alleged issues after the independent checkout.

Ali’s team was very kind and professional. Thank you for your job!

Lovely job. They were here on time, great communication while coming and asking to check the rooms. 100% recommend!!

Just had adin and team from Gloucester. Fantastic job. Cleaner than when I moved in !!! Will definitely be using again, very polite and hard working. 5 stars isn't enough in my eyes

Very easy to book, and any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The team Lloyd and Ben arrived early at my property. They did an excellent job on a flat that was left in a terrible state by my tenant. By the time they had finished, it felt like a new place. Very happy with the overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them

Had a great end of tenancy cleaning experience with Tenancy.Cleaning for our 3 story midterrace + converted basement in Altrincham. Quotes given were competitive and easy to book and make payment online ahead of the clean.

Abubakr came right on time, helped us add things we left off on the clean and got started right away. A good 5 hours later the two cleaners did a great job and left the place spotless.

Ali have Salmon have done a great job in cleaning my flat.
the bathrooms are sparkling clean and the oven is shiny like new.The curtains have been steam cleaned and all surfaces left spotless.
They are a really great team, and I can certainly recommend them. Thank you Ali and Salmon

They were late by more than an hour without a single apology from cleaners themselves.
I called them so many times with office and leader of cleaners and never gave me time estimate. When they finally arrived, not even apology but an attitude. One of the cleaner was eating a sandwich as she entered the flat.
Two other men were nice but this woman had an attitude repeatedly saying it was hard to find the flat and not an ounce of feeling bad for being late. maybe get out of your car and search when I was already looking outside or arrive on time.
Haven’t even saw the results yet but I’m fuming already from this unprofessional behaviour that initially made me thought it was a scam.
