This is my first time using internet prescription services and I was very satisfied and the attentiveness by Telmdfirst. Yesterday, I submitted my request at 5:42pm, assuming that I would probably have to wait a a day or two to get a response. That was not the case. At 7:16pm, I got a text message from the pharmacy letting me know my prescription was ready for pickup. I recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an online “doctor” situation, of which I’ve had many. Not only are the people answering the phone completely uninformed but they’re extremely rude and offer no solutions. Whatever you do, do not waste your time or money with this service.

What do you think about a dr that tries to prescribe zofran because you vomited once 4 weeks ago. When you remind them of this they send you a book of questions proving once again they don't even read your text about symptoms I have cyclosporasis parasite for a month and they will not help or honor my request for a refund. My husband has the same thing and never mentioned vomiting in his dr consult and they offered him the same treatment zofran....can we say quack? Still waiting on both our refunds after over 3 hours update 7 a.m.I received my refund but my husband hasn't heard anything since he refused zofran since he last vomited 30 days ago. No reply or refund. Husband never heard back about his request for medical help they just sent a refund today.I really think this business is not legit all they seem to do is prescribe zofran I don't know how that treats Cyclospora parasites

Very easy to use and navigate. Would highly recommend. Much better than going to a walk in clinic! Fast too!

Quick and efficient, and professional. I was not able to get my medication thru my health plan due to shortage issues. I opted to find the medication myself and use your service to obtain my medication elsewhere. The form I filled out was thorough asking about my history. The order was sent to the pharmacy within an hour. I will definitely use TelMDFirst again.

I called to get a simple Rx. They took my inofrmaiton and told me a provider will call. That was 9 Am. 5 PM and inspite of repeating attempts no one called me. I'm sick and I need to go to a doctor now.
Everything they promise on their website is a lie:
Priority customer service. - nope. I contacted chat twice and spoke on the phone, and all they said is "we'll get back to you". It's been 7 hours.
Phone, video or text 24/7. - not true. No sms. And the chat answer is "we'll get back to you".
Fast track 15 minute wait. - LIE.
Never again.

Professional & efficient

I get horrific aura migraines. The triggers are the heat and dehydration. I can prevent dehydration by drinking a lot of water. I can’t permit the heat. Well I moved to Florida. I love Florida. I don’t love the heat. I can’t stop the heat preventive medication is called Topiramate. I haven’t gotten a primary care medical doctor or a neurologist. It’s on the works my people. So what am I to do? I need this medication urgent care is not gonna help me take care less. I’m not going to the emergency room spending $1000 just to get medication so I look online some require you to have a medical yearly plan, some require you to do these weird thing. TellMDFirst require me to send a prescription picture of my Old medication as long as within 90 days they were able to send it a new prescription to my new pharmacy here in Florida and to help me prevent my migraines they were really cool. I saved a lot of money from seeing other doctors going to the emergency room or seeing other online doctors who didn’t care thanks TellMdfirst. They were fast. I highly recommend them and they were not expensive.

This telehealth is the best I've ever experienced. They are thorough and professional. My scripts are called in the same day. I would highly recommend using them..

This is a follow up review from about 6 weeks ago. My first visit was relatively easy, and, my needs where met. I called in a refill, which, took less than 5 minutes. To the point, but, still friendly, and, done. For me, this is a life saver! Very happy with Telmdfirst!!

I've used TelMdFirst several times with excellent results every time. It is especially helpful on occasions when you need a prescription for a routine ailment on a weekend or holiday. The request form is easy to fill out and a doctor or NP will call back if you need a consultation re. your symptoms or have any questions.

Because my medical need was urgent I could not wait wait days to see my primary,could not get to an ER or urgent care office (I am handicapped). This on line medical service was FABULOUS. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I had the new pills in hours!

The process was quick and easy and they delivered as promised.

The service level from the people answering my call is superb. They are helpful and courteous. The care level from the medical team is outstanding.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I take daily meds for my hypertension and needed a refill because I was not able to see my primary doctor. The process and the website is extremely easy to navigate and provide the information they need to complete the visit. They walk you through the steps and it only takes about 10-15 minutes. Then within a half hour I received my treatment plan and had refills already called in to my pharmacy. The fee is extremely reasonable and just can’t say enough good things here.
I would, and have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to use them as needed.
