I contacted tellmdfirst because I was going out of town the following day and didn’t have enough time to get to my regular doctor. It took longer than 15 minutes, but by the end of the evening they called my prescription in to the pharmacy and I didn’t even have to speak to a doctor. I have recently called for a refill and a new prescription. Both are straightforward; the new drug required a phone call with a staff MD who asked the usual questions a doc would ask before prescribing.

I am so impressed with this company. I had cystitis 4-5 months back. My primary said to make an appointment when I couldn't get too far away from the bathroom. So, I went online and found TelMedFirst. When I signed up, I had the choice between $29 for one visit or I could sign up for a year. I had my prescription filled and received so quickly! Everyone was helpful and patient.
A few days later, I was completely fine. To my surprise, I got cystitis again 4 months later. I called and was asked how the previous meds worked etc. Talked to the doctor a little bit later. I got my prescription quickly like before. To my pleasant surprise, I was so much better the next day! To make me experience even better, they sent enough medication to take care of my problem the next time I got cystitis(hopefully not). I have never had such a great experience. And, I didn't have to go to an Urgent Care and expose myself to other germs. They are my go to for great, fast health concerns. Thanks!

I have a sinus infection . Paid the fee to talk to a doctor and Prescriptions . They prescribed amoxicillin and Flonase.

After a few days I have no improvement in symptoms so ai called back to see if the doctor would call me and prescribe something else .

They never responded or called back . I called two days in a row requesting a call back.

They just took my money and didn’t care enough to follow up or simply prescribe a better medication..

We will not use them again !

Icall up and the response time is fast..They listen to what my symptoms are then the team reviews everything and they call a prescription in to the pharmacy of my choice.I recieve a text when it goes in and when it's ready. I recommend them.

I am prone to infections, and don't have a way to or from the doctors, and even if I did I can't afford one. I was able to upload a couple pics of my condition and in less than 3 hours they had sent the prescription to my pharmacy. This needs to be advertised more. Not everyone has the means to just "go to the doctor". This could be a lifesaver to some people, myself included.
