Gebruikers kunnen facturen en offertes maken en versturen en bonnetjes uploaden door simpelweg een foto te nemen. Tellow zet ook automatisch de btw-aangifte klaar en inkomstenbelasting aangifte kan gedaan worden door onze boekhouders. De aangiften worden in één klik doorgestuurd naar de Belastingdienst door middel van een officiële integratie. Daarnaast biedt Tellow ook onbeperkt boekhoud advies aan. De boekhoudsoftware is gebruiksvriendelijk en beschikbaar op alle apparaten. Maar het beste is: de complete software van Tellow + jouw eigen persoonlijke boekhouder. Jouw persoonlijke boekhouder doet alles wat een normale boekhouder ook doet (controle op je aangiften, directe telefoonlijn voor advies op je administratie en vragen).

Service kan echt veel beter.
Tellow is in de loop der jaren wel verbeterd. Na een aanvankelijk slechte start. Het systeem kon niet gekoppeld worden met de Rabobank (waarvan tellow toen eigendom was en aanbevolen werd) maar de aanhouder wint. Het heeft me veel tijd en ergernis gekost. Maar overstappen is ook weer zo'n gedoe.
Ik ben wel echt blij dat ik mijn boekhouding op orde kan houden. Problemen die ik daarna tegenkwam heb ik gemeld. Sommige knelpunten waren daarna verbeterd. Was aardig geweest om even een terugkoppeling te geven.
Waar ze echt veel en veel beter kunnen worden is in de service. Als vragen te moeilijk worden dan beantwoorden ze die gewoon niet. Of word je met een kluitje in het riet gestuurd. En dat maakt telkens dat ik toch weer twijfel. En zeker niet overstap op zwaardere pakketten die ze aanbieden.

Tellow doesn't care about you, or your data.
After I received an unsolicited email from Tellow (which didn't have an "unsubscribe" button/link FYI) I went to their dashboard to get my account deleted after requesting a copy of all my data. They deleted the account immediately, and told me the data is still being exported (after deleting the account and all it's associated data, yeah - right). Not sure if they don't delete my data when I request them to do so, or if they will never follow up with the data export - either way, they don't care about your privacy/data rights as shown by their approach.
Update: Still receiving product emails after reaching out to support to have my account deleted and removed from their mailing list.

They Charge you extra for contact via…
They Charge you extra for contact via phone. Everytime you need something from them you pay extra for almost every service. Even if there is a very important bug impacting my clients I cant phone anyone but I have to wait 5 hours for every reply. Mails are very inconsistent aswel

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This company has to be comprised of scammers and spammers if it wasn’t they would do more to remove crsp that their people are using. Unsolicited calendar entries that nobody wants.

I received an unwanted invite placed on to every day in my calendar for the whole month of January and end of December. I can’t remove or delete it. Such a nuisance and scared to hit anything to decline it as it could contain a virus or something!

Unsolicited e-mail and calendar SPAM Scamsters
Received spam emails from this company which irresponsibly and high-handedly continues to add infinite and/or never-ending unsolicited reminders on my iOS calendar where subject line reads “Confirmation Needed” that is pure SPAM / Calendar Virus. Unfortunately, iOS does not provide options to delete or stop these unsolicited SPAM reminders. Be extremely cautious with this firm and their unwarranted and annoying actions. A pure SPAM & SCAM enterprise per se. Parasites!

Incoming International Payments do not work
My customer's payments from abroad (NON-SEPA) countries are not being processed. I've lost 88 Euro, as this was not clear. I now need a second payment processor for payments outside of Europe. Luckily these payments were not for large invoices! (Hopefully it will in the future).
While the team can’t refund me, they’ve offered me a trial period of a premium package that will help me in the long run - with the NL Government TAX system.
The team were really prompt in helping me, thanks everyone.

Money thirsty company that will manipulate you in any way
Horrible experience. In my experience: a money-thirsty company. In my experience they have had their sneaky tricks to make me accidentally pay for the year edition, which I can't cancel, and they will get as much money out of me. Furthermore, it's hard to cancel subscriptions, and if you plan on trying to contact them on a Friday night, they open their customer service chat on Tuesday, even though they open on a Monday? Absolutely no customer satisfaction on their part if you ask me. Paid for a year for absolutely no reason, and lost hundreds of euros. I do not recommend this to anyone.
