Heel vriendelijk, professioneel

User friendly interface, quite prompt and personable when responding to queries. I worked with someone called Maron a lot and she was great! Very accommodating and understanding. Starting as a ZZPer there are a million things you need to do and using Tellow helped to simplify a lot of these aspects which was great! :)

Voor de prijs die je betaald per maand is het zeker waard om tellow te gebruiken. Ze zijn altijd heel behulpzaam en denken met je mee.

Men nam de tijd en gaf je de aandacht en kennis inmiddels en geruststelling dat ik als starter bij hun op het goede adres zat voor wat ik nodig had voor mijn bedrijf..Tevreden plus open voor vragen en evt. kritiek..Goede keus..

Tellow is de beste software voor ondernemers! En daarnaast zijn hun adviseurs ook nog eens echt mega vriendelijk en er als de kippen bij als je hulp nodig hebt. Ze zijn het geld dubbel en dwars waard.

Ik ben goed geholpen door het Tellow team met het invullen van mijn inkomsten belasting en ook met andere vragen over mijn boekhouding.

Bij de nazorg en de second opinion mbt de jaaropgave bij de belastingdienst was de aandacht persoonlijk en vooruit denkend, tips en controle punten werden aangehaald die nuttig bleken!

Ik kwam er niet uit hoe een rekening te verwijderen. Snel antwoord en daarna ook snel opgelost. Heel fijn geregeld!

Heel erg blij met tellow. Heeft mij in een korte tijd goed inzicht gegeven in mijn cash flow. Het boekhoud programma is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk. Ik ben een leek met computers maar de helpdesk heeft mij goed op weg geholpen en is altijd op werkdagen bereikbaar. Bellen zelfs terug als je er even niet doorheen komt. Een dikke 9 voor Tellow.

Altijd erg behulpzaam en begripvol. Snelle communicatie en heel duidelijk!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Lex about some details regarding the tax brackets and object of business activities for me, as a freelancer
( ZZP'er ) , he was very helpful and concise.

What really make this gentleman stand out from the crowd for me, was his ability to provide detailed answers to my initial question, so all the follow-up questions that I had in my mind on that topic were covered.

Recommended for non native Dutch speakers.

Waardeloos. Geld wat je overschrijft is dagen onderweg, probeer je dan contact op te nemen krijg je geen antwoord.

Ook de Swan bank waar de betaal rekening loopt is telefonisch onbereikbaar en er wordt totaal niet op
E-mails gereageerd. Deze maand net met Tellow begonnen maar stop direct weer met hun en Swan. Totaal niet professioneel

Een paar jaar met Tellow gewerkt. Op onderdelen zoals facturatie is het handig. Uiteindelijk klopt de boekhouding niet. Heel veel fouten ontstaan er. Frustrerend. Vooral bij het inscannen van bonnen. Nu ik het opzeg kom ik er niet vanaf. Tellow blijft geld afschrijven en reageren niet op contact. Geen aanrader.

Maken het onmogelijk om account op te zeggen.

Ik maak geld over en nou ben ik 1 week verder geld nog steeds niet aangekomen (me eigen privérekening nog wel ) reactie’s blijven uit op me berichten ik weet niet wat ik moet doen verder dus ik raad jullie deze app heel erg af !

Gratis bankieren en gratis boekhouden.
Niet zo mooi dat ze dan na een maand toch kosten in rekening gaan brengen en doodleuk schrijven dat alleen de kosten voor het boekhoudprogramma gratis zijn.
Duidelijk een vorm van misleiding als je het mij vraagt.

Not happy with Tellow in any way. I’ve had issues since start with reconciliation. A non functioning UI. Transactions missing from my bank account. A support team who sounds helpful, but totally fails to follow up on issues and promises they give to come back to me, both through emails and phone calls. I pay a premium price for their service, but don't get the help needed to effectively utilize Tellow. I scheduled a call, got a 10 day waiting time for that call, during the call just got told they will get back to me, now waited another 10 days with no reply on the issue I was facing. Had to close my VAT return with errors in reconciliation and thus also loss of revenue. I'm now looking for another provider with better support. Stay away unless you want to be left in the dark with a difficult tooling.
