If I could give it a negative star, I would. I bought two refurbished 10-year-old MacBooks and unfortunately had to return them and now they’re charging me more to repair it than it was to buy it. They claimed that I cracked it when indeed it came already cracked, but I overlooked it because I bought it refurbished. I asked them for proof of the pre-damage and they had none now they won’t give me my money back. This company is horrible. I suggest that nobody use them I am single mom that was trying to get my kids something nice for Christmas and now I don’t have the $300
To get them anything in its place because I can’t get my money back. What a sad company you are…you will reap what you sow.

A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

They sent my son a Mac book the screen was busted and the sides were cracked now they don’t want to answer there emails or anything so $200 dollars down the drain someone need to stop this company asap

I ordered an apple watch and it arrived but after charging it found it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. After much ado about nothing and a few threats they accepted the return. I waited a few weeks and ordered another apple watch a series 7 and it is working perfectly. Apparently, the older watches can have bad batteries.

Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from walmart not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. walmart was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.

I bought a computer that kept shutting down. Refurbished is supposed to mean in working order. The logic board needed to be replaced and cost an additional 222 dollars and now the battery. Tekreplay sells pure garbage and I have the proof reached out did not want to fix the issue.

They expect buyer to pay return shipping… even if the Macbook arrives in subpar conditions. Poor services.

Be careful with this store, it sells damaged products and then they are not responsible. I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450

Don't buy from this company. Bought a defective laptop from them and they haven't responded at all for a refund request.

Buyer beware, they sell defective items on Walmart, Ebay, and their website.

I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line.

So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police."

Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.

I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the
to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful!

I purchased a MacBook that doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. I can’t load apps, and the battery doesn’t maintain a charge that well. on top of that, they DO NOT return calls or emails.

Sold an iPhone 6S Plus advertised as « Fully Unlocked ». The truth is this iPhone 6s Plus was actually « SIM-Locked » to SPRINT/T-Mobile. According to Apple, this iPhone is capable of being UNLOCKED REMOTELY. This company has refused to do unlock the phone.

Terrible! Ordered from Walmart. On the way stuck at fed ex with no updates. Called Walmart they contacted Tekreplay sent out my order again . No lie the fed ex driver dropped off a box with a charger box in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again .

Total Scam! They sold me a defective IPhone 8 Plus and it cost me $70 to activate it and then reactivate my old phone. They sold me a piece of junk and expect me to pay for the activation fees. Do not trust them or buy from them. They should be banned form selling. Stick with Amazon. They sell products that work and will help you if you have any issues. Tekreplay stole $70 from me.

They cancell all orders, without any explanation or how to avoid this issue. I contacted them after first cancellation and the answer was use the same billing address as shipping address and got the same the problem.
Please grow up not all customers are scammers

Bought an iPhone 7 that had a defective battery and sent it back for an exchange. The replacement unit had a defective screen. Don't waste your time on this company.

I purchased a used ipad pro gen 1 128 gb space gray in very good condition on September 3, 2020 for $294. I received 3 emails from Tek Replay indicating my order was received, processed, and later shipped. The following day, I received an email that the item I ordered failed inspection and my order was cancelled. I called their offices for an explanation and was told the same item was available at Walmart for the same price. However, the product at Walmart was $350. I then searched Tek Replay's website and found the exact same model in the exact same condition as the one I purchased/had cancelled on their website -except the product was now listed $50 more than the one I purchased. The business would not honor the purchase price for the item they cancelled.
