Tek Replay management sold me an I phone with a screen that fell off. They glued it back then the phone was extremely hot and shut down while plugged in and not plugged in. I took the faulty I phone back today and they did not provide a return or refund and the manager told me to review a policy with him. I also bought a couple speakers and in total spent over $500. I would never buy from this store again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought a refurbished Mac Book and after a few months, it went into remote management mode. Apparently it came from a school district and they activated something that put all the computers in their list into remote management mode. TekReplay basically said, “oh well, sorry, nothing we can do”. They recommended I take it to a third party repair center. DO NOT BUY from here! Website says 1 year warranty but they don’t honor that!

Bought an Apple Watch from them through Walmart. Was marked as refurbished “like new” and came with scratches and dings. After 10 min on, the battery depleted from 75% (it’s full charge) to less than 50% and constantly popped up with a battery error message.

I’ll be reporting them to the FTC

Bought an iPhone 12 pro max via Walmart and these scammers sent me a 12 pro, a smaller iPhone with lower quality camera. No immediate replacement, only the ability or return it as they will have my $$$ for 10 days to 2 weeks!

Watch works great! Never had an issue with it so far, i have had it for 3 months now.

They had previously been owned...used!

I wish I knew about Trust pilot before I purchased an Apple Watch from Walmart (this company is a third party) Trying to save money and ended up losing it…..is enough said. Walmart can’t protect you and FYI use fedex if u have to return your product back to Tekplay bc Walmart has no way tracking the product if you are shipping it back…They take your money and stop responding to your emails and claim to be out of office when u return product to them. They are scammers and Walmart is letting them get away with it. It is disgusting

I absolutely love my iPad! Fast shipping and great customer service. I will definitely purchase here again when it’s time to upgrade.

I purchased a “refurbished” Apple Watch through Walmart. Got it quick but after charging it, it only stayed on for about 30 minutes before it would shut off. After returning the item to Walmart and waiting a few days I contacted them about a return. They had 3 different people messaging me no one could give me an answer. Asked to talk to someone in charge and they said they do not speak on the phone. What kind of garbage customer service is that?

Regrettably, there is one column of pixels on the MacBook display which are all red, which is a minor nuisance.

As I am now traveling out of the country for several weeks, and need to use it while away I am not able to return it.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the devices I've purchased from TekReplay, and hope to find a way to reconcile this when I return

BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give a negative star, I would! Purchased a MacBook to replace my old one bc it was starting to go downhill and planned to use this, when the old passed on. I purchased in October 2023 and turned it on to set up and sync with my old MacBook. The oldie stopped working this week (April ‘24) and I immediately reached for this one (used once, since purchase, for ‘maybe’ 4 hours max.). I was able to transfer all docs. and photos, via iCloud, on to this one. Three, like 1, 2, 3, days later, it now has a large vertical, brown line going through the center of my screen, top to bottom! The screen itself is flicking, so I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before it completely goes out. The company refuses to do anything leaving me out the $442 I spent. I am FURIOUS and beyond upset this is allowed to take place. I’ve sat here and read about their scams, page after page.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY PURCHASED WARRANTIES!!!

They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!

Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.
