Teddy Rescue Recenzje

would give it zero stars if i could
absolute disgrace of a company, i ordered a wedding koala bear as a gift for the bride and groom off their 3 young children on the 18th august before i ordered i messaged to ask if they could fulfill the order at short notice as it would be needed by the 25th august and they agreed to express delivery it, i have sent numerous emails and messaged on various platforms but had no response to any messages, as of today no order has arrived and i have now had to source other gifts
i would NOT recommend at all, such a shame when it was supposed to be a special gift for the childrens parents on their wedding day

Was highly delighted with the quality of these products really good value for money and quick delivery wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to everyone

i ordered 6 teddy bears on the 7th july i have still not recived them who can help me find out wht has happened to them

I had my teddy delivered for my mum and it very lovely and she loved it i would recommend them to everyone 100 per cent it came its in own little net bag to keep it clean

Really nice memory Teddy partner cried when she opened it good quality photo aswell bit smaller than I originally thought but perfect gift for someone grieving gives them something to hold onto

Very dissapointed. I ordered a memory bear for my grandson as my mum his great grandma passed away. It never got delivered. I contacted over and over and only ever got one contact back where they promised to get it sorted and still nothing. We are now over a month and still no contact or bear. Disgusting

A great website and easy to navigate. Lots of communication with order placed and delivery times. The product is amazing, and if you are looking for a personal item for someone I would recommend this website.

A fantastic company, beautiful bears and done exactly how I wanted them, was surprised how quick they arrived after reading some of the reviews. A beautiful memory for my children to keep of their grandad. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered 2 bears. One for my daughter and one for my nephew to remember their grandma who passed away in June. I absolutely love them and everyone has said how beautiful they are. Great product at a reasonable price.

From ordering to delivery, this service was outstanding. Communication and customer service was wonderful. I'll certainly be ordering again, and recommend Teddy Rescue to all friends and family

Quick delivery, product lovely. I've now ordered another one

The whole process, from ordering, delivery and quality of product was excellent. Easy to select how wanted product to look, delivery was surprisingly quick and we are delighted with the quality of the finished product. It is a gift for a very special person and we are very happy to give it to them as it looks and feels great. Would highly recommend.

The two bunnies I ordered arrived safely with my nieces. Very quick delivery and beautifully packaged. I heard there were a few tears! Since the bunnies have photos of Grandad who recently passed in May. Tears of sadness and joy.

Great product perfect gift.

Absolutely fantastic! Pictures are so clear, I was amazed by this! My brother absolutely loved his keepsake teddy. Will definitely be ordering again 😊❤️

Received our gorgeous grey bunny with a picture of our recently passed dog on it, our dogs favourite toy was her grey bunny so when i seen this advertised i had to get it, the details is fab arrived super fast my little boy loves it and gives it a cuddle every morning and night thank you again

Still waiting for my order to be delivered!!
Placed an order on 7th June. Was told it’ll be delivered by 13th June. Received Royal Mail 24hr tracking number on 10th of June and still today (18th) it’s saying we’re expecting your parcel.
Tracked it on the ‘shop’ app which is saying your order is complete and it’s now disappeared off there.
I’ve emailed a few times with no response!!
I’ve got 2 grieving children who are asking on a daily basis when their teddy's are arriving.
Will not be using this company again. Poor communication and delivery.
Not happy.

Edit…
Since posting this and opening a case with Klarna (who I paid through) the parcel has suddenly appeared on the Royal Mail tracker and due to be delivered tomorrow.

Great ni issues and was a nice finished product

Poor customer service , ordered bear on 21st May for my wife . Card receipt said 7-10 days for delivery No communications . eventually received an email with royal mail tracking number and note saying it’s on its way on 1st June. Royal Mail have not received any goods . They advise you to use the shop app to track orders. According to that my order shows as complete . No response to any emails or messages sent on social media and it would appear, they only replied after I posted this review. Really disappointed at the delay to this gift which was for my wife. It arrived 06/06/2026 . Product had a large patch of dried glue at the base although this wont ruin the special gift but frustrating and would stop me using this company again.
