I bought a Samsung Galaxy Book3. Five star price/value, unboxed, warranty, etc as described. And the customer service was extra kind, fast and flexible. I found the deal during the weekend, and had some questions about the config and the delivery. As it was late afternoon I didn't expect soon reply. I was surprised to find the answer in mailbox within an hour or two. And I was able to collect next day (royal mail delivery would have been +1 day and free, but my schedule required a faster solution).

Excellent service
Excellent service! Had an issue with the charger for my laptop, quick text and five minutes later was all sorted out, new charger on the way and no annoying extra costs anywhere.
Highly recommend Tech Wizz as the man for all your tech needs / customer support; quick response, efficient, straight to the point and an absolute wizz with technology.

Brought Microsoft office professional on yesterday, Im not best IT whizard in the world, started to activate the product, I hit a problem , messaged Tech Wizz , within minutes l got phone call to help me from Jos
Jos worked with me to over 30 minutes , solve the problem , brilliant service, download the software , again l hit problem , message tech whizz , Jos to rescue again, Microsoft office works perfect, Wonderful service / assistance from this company

Recently, I used tech wizzes Microsoft's installation service, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The entire process was seamless and stress-free. The customer service team was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, guiding me through each step with utmost professionalism. They addressed all my questions and concerns promptly, making sure I was comfortable before proceeding. My software is up and running perfectly, thanks to their meticulous attention to detail. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and communication
There had been an accidental mix up with my order, but Tech Wizz was very quick to contact me to let me know of the situation. I was contacted by the CEO of the company who was very kind and explained with sincere apology what had happened. They were quick to rectify the issue and quickly sent me out a replacment order.
They seem like a very professional sort, and I believe what had happened was out of the ordinary for them, and they solved it with due care and by providing excellent customer service.
It would be a pleasure to do business with them again in future.
