Contacted Tech Wizz to confirm Ultra 15 being sold was global edition. They confirmed it was a UK model whithin 15 mins.
Ordered on Thursday evening and phone delivered Saturday.

Great price on my new phone, but what made Tech Wizz stand out was their customer service.
