Excellent quality tea and quick delivery.

Tea Palace has the best teas! I’ve tried several flavors, and they are all strikingly rich and delicious. My mom enjoys the green teas. I like the strong, robust flavors, but anything I’ve tried has tasted great. My favorites are Palace Breakfast, Earl Grey, Madagascan Vanilla and Apricot Dream. I am altogether thoroughly pleased with them all. I know you sometimes have variety packs for trying new flavors. But sometimes I’m not interested in the ones pre-chosen. Maybe an offer of pick-and-choose-yourself variety packs with suggestions in certain directions (fruity, nutty, etc.) could be added. Instead of buying sample-sized, a discount on 8-10 flavors in a variety box of sample-sized packs would be really cool. I’ll be buying from you guys forever! Thanks!

The teas are sensational... So worth the extra spent on the items. It would be nice if the company gave us a an indication that the packaging puffs are biodegradable? Hopefully the weren't plastic as there was a lot!

As an avid tea drinker, this is the best tasting loose leaf Earl Grey tea I have found, with the added bonus that it is organic. Their delivery service is usually really fast and any queries I have are always answered by friendly and real people. Overall the best place to buy tea online. Must go and have a cup of their Lavender Earl Grey now - or shall I have a Rose Earl Grey?!

I hadn't bought any of this tea for years. I recently saw the empty caddy in my cupboard so ordered some together with the white drinking chocolate and coffee bags.

The tea smells and tastes just as divine as I remembered. I've been drinking it both hot; and iced for the first time which is so refreshing.

I hadn't tried the white chocolate before and it is such a comforting drink before bedtime.

I haven't tried the coffee bags yet but they smell wonderfully rich. I'm saving them so I can have a nice coffee at work.

I love that they are all in pretty tins to keep them fresh and that I can just buy refills next time.

We like your products and buy them for many years. We regulary order once a year. This time we had been a bit disappointed, because it took more than three weeks until our command had been deliverd. After we asked for a second time we received ouf tea immediatly.

On the website they offer you a way to make your own custom tea however half-way through the process and when you've sent them some materials to use you get absolutely ignored no matter how many times you follow-up and which methods you use. Avoid it's a waste of time and resources.

Excellent for lovers of all things tea related. A wide range of quality teas, infusions and accessories - something for everyone. Unusual blends can be tried by purchasing a sample caddy before committing. Fast delivery and goods are well packed.
