Black Friday ORDER NEVER SENT!!!

I made an order on November 27 .Order number 18552 !! Until now received nothing. They even do not answer to my emails . I wrote 4-5 emails. Just answered first time to tell me to wait several days and until then , waiting more than 1 month. I made an order of 220 euro , and they just do not answer, and do not send nothing !!!!!!!!!!! I can not understand how you can ignore your clients in this way .... very disappointed.

Verdict - excellent

I purchased a container of Builders Brew and an extra packet of the same for a friend who loves a mug of good strong tea. Verdict - excellent.
Thank you for a well packaged parcel. Hopefully you have a new customer.

The tea is all delicious

The tea is all delicious.
I don't know if blending is good or the ingredients are good, but it's really good.
I'll order it again.
I'm promoting it because I like it so much. My friends called me "an unofficial ambassador of TEA PALACE".

The best biscuits

This must be one of the quickest and easiest buys to complete with delivery that was prompt. I bought biscuits all arrived in perfect condition and their biscuits are the nicest!
