Great product that was beautifully…
Great product that was beautifully wrapped and made the perfect gift.
The customer service was outstanding, above and beyond what was necessary.
Honestly cannot recommend them highly enough, I'll be buying more products soon!

I may have got lost a few times... but it was a pleasure to drop off your parcel with you. We didn’t mind the clip lock bags rather than purple boxes as tip into your tins anyway
You could offer sample size in a bag too to reduce waste - as a gift lovely to have a tin but have plenty of small tins now just wanted to try out the unusual earl greys before committing to a big bag

Good Morning Jane, firstly thank you for leaving a review on Trust Pilot for us! As a business we are currently evaluating all of our packaging and are speaking to a number of supplies to see if we can't improve / reduce our plastic footprint even further. You're not the first person to tell me that there cupboard is starting to look more like a tin showroom haha... The zip locks have actually reduced the size of the parcels we are needed to send out, which especially on international shipment is lowering the shipping cost. We will continue to find ways to reduce shipping costs for our customers and ensure the contents arrived undamaged. Jeg syntes, at jeg trængte til noget nyt og spændende te.
Så jeg googlede mig frem til Tea Palace.
Der fandt jeg noget te og det var endda i pæne dåser, hvis man ville betale lidt ekstra for det.
Så købte lidt te til mig selv og til gaver.
Det blev leveret hurtigt (for pakker fra england), og jeg var generelt godt tilfreds med handlen.
Bemærk dog, at der ikke kommer nogen e-mail om, at pakken er sendt og så er forsendelsen ikke en lille udgift.
