Thanks for your feedback Kristy. While we can adjust for foot size, legs themselves come in all shapes and sizes. Our sizing and product overview pages include total height measurements for every base we offer. Being an elastic product, it's easy for our socks to be stretched beyond their intended resting height. This can of course lead to the applied artwork being stretched along with the sock itself. We recommend our Mid base as great alternative to our Crew for those with shorter legs.

Thanks for your feedback Gina. My understanding is that we're still in the process of addressing your concern, so this review seems premature, especially as you've acknowledged our team's efforts to support you.

All features of our latest bases have been communicated with our customers and are specified on our website. The socks are made from the exact same raw materials as our previous models, however we did use this transition process to make some improvements to ensure the socks were more comfortable for a wider range of customers. I reject the comment that these changes have lead to a decrease in quality. We've thoroughly tested all base upgrades to ensure consistency in both quality, comfort and durability.

In addition, we've taken the time to explain these changes with every existing customer who is transitioning with us. We've also shipped numerous samples to our customers who have requested to sample the updated bases in person.

These changes have not only been an opportunity for improvement, but have also been a necessity to continue to offer this level of customisation at low minimums to our customers. Our average order size is a little over 50 pairs, so we've spent an immense amount of time and energy over the past 6 months transitioning our supply chain to ensure previous customers have the chance to continue sourcing their own branded socks without having to 10x their minimums.

Hi Joey,

Please note that any extension to the pre-production approval process (revisions or delay in PPS customer feedback) will push out our overall turnaround time. We prefer to wait until we have full customer consent on the end product before going into full production.

Unfortunately this coincided with our late Feb/Early March production backlog which was communicated with all impacted customers.

We apologise and appreciate that this made it a double-whammy for your order. We're installing additional knit machines at the moment to prevent future backlogs like this one.

ETA for your order looks to be in two days time.

Nothing like a 1-star review to grab my attention!

I can appreciate the frustration with the delay Chris. Unfortunately it was a consequence of us pushing too much unexpected volume through the factory in a
limited timeframe. It's the sign of things going well, but it can be a surprise for the factory if they're not expecting it.

As soon as they determined the likely impact they let us know and we got in touch with all customers whose orders were likely to take a little longer. We prioritised all orders with specific deadlines and were able to meet those successfully. We continued providing updates until all impacted orders were shipped.

On the plus side we now have additional knitting machines being installed this month which will better cope with demand fluctuations and ensure any larger-than-normal orders don't slow things down.

As for the socks themselves, if there are any noticeable differences between the pre-production sample you approved and the socks you received we need to be informed directly so we have a chance to address concerns.
