Teach Now Recenzje

This is the worst place I have ever worked, and Tabis is one of the worst people I have ever had to work with.
I was assigned to work there until the school holidays in July, but he replaced me with his daughter without giving me any notice. I believe he influenced the school headteacher, possibly because the school uses their agency for supply teachers.
I then tried to resolve the issue with the administration and asked to speak with the owner. However, he allegedly influenced the administration and prevented me from speaking to the owner. He also completely stopped contacting me and told another colleague not to offer me any more work.
There are also many issues with the way jobs are allocated. In my experience, some people seem to receive work because they know the staff personally especially Tabis will most of them time call his relatives, family member or someone from his back home,I was also concerned about the payment system and what appeared to be different arrangements for certain employees regarding tax.
If you raise concerns or speak up about these issues, it seems that you may simply be stopped from receiving work.
My experience with Tabis and Joseph was extremely negative. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to be very careful and to make sure they understand how work is allocated and how payments are handled before accepting assignments.

Working with Teach Now
I joined Teach Now after previously working at a different agency and I prefer working at Teach Now. Teach Now offers a great service working with children in schools. The Staff I have spoken too the most and received the most support are as follows: Kirsty who helped me get signed up with Teach Now, Lisa and Joseph who were helping me complete my DBS form and provided me with the experience in schools. Everyone who I have spoken to at Teach Now has a great phone manner and are kind and considerate people. Teach Now provided me with Safeguarding training and taught me about Safeguarding myself as well as the children.

I've worked for Teach Now since November 2024 and they are a great company to work for. They are very supportive in finding long-term work. The consultants provide great advice and tips for job success and check-up on me from time to time. They have found me three long-term positions within the same locality of where I live. Furthermore, Teach Now are able to accommodate my schedule, offer additional training and help me manage my workload efficiently and effectively.
