Teabox Classic Earl Grey Citrus Black Tea
This is the best Earl Grey tea that I have ever tasted. It is full of flavour and actual tea leaves not dust. I love my daily cups of this tea and the used tea leaves go into my compost bin. Teabox are very professional and keep me informed regarding the progress of my order.

Teabox simply the best and not only for the tea !
I’m about to write yet another review after my latest order from Teabox. In the meantime, I unfortunately lost my count. And because of all the tea parties lately, I realized I was running dangerously low on some of my favorites. So I placed an order including the all-time classic Earl Grey — and honestly, Team Teabox makes the absolute best one!!! I also added two of my favorite Darjeelings.
I placed my order on Friday and, to my great delight, my package was already on its way to New Delhi in no time. What incredibly efficient pick & pack and shipping service — especially during the weekend. That level of dedication and top-notch service is truly impressive.
However, something went wrong with the delivery instructions to FedEx, and they suddenly wanted to keep my package sitting in their warehouse for almost an entire week before delivering it.
So I contacted Pranai from customer support, and in no time at all I received a notification from FedEx confirming that my package would still be delivered the very same day — on a Saturday!
That’s why I really want to put the customer service of Team Teabox in the spotlight. It is truly “second to none anytime, anyhow and anywhere.” And that is exactly what makes Teabox so unique — not only their amazing teas and chai blends, but also their outstanding customer care.

This company is great, and they make the best tea I have ever tasted. I am particularly enamored of their chais.
They are expensive (over $50CAD per box) BUT THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY.
I won't drink other teas anymore :)

I have been a customer for many years
I have been a customer, ordering from Teabox for many years. They are the only supplier I go to for all my teas. I have found them to be exceptional - not just in the marvelous tea they provide - but also the extremely courteous and helpful staff. Even with the new tariff nightmare and the delays at US customs for delivery, I will wait patiently for every delivery. I am a grateful and committed customer! Real chai that is a wonderful surprise
I wanted to try these out so went for the double trial box with TEN different blends. I was absolutely delighted by the communications, the beautiful but contemporary packaging, and the clarity of the tasting notes and instructions.
What I wasn't ready for was the fantastic revelation in flavour. It's like taking a journey around India. The freshness packs in the taste but also the physiological impact of the tea; I was truly energised by these teas.
To me, going from the mass produced teas to these teas was like going from eating tinned fruit all your life to suddenly eating real fresh fruit. Sensational in every way.

As per the tracking details, the shipment is marked as delivered on 02nd May at 11:26 AM (In/At Mailbox – Littleton). We kindly request you to please check your mailbox once.
In the meantime, we have escalated this on priority with the delivery partner to retrieve the Proof of Delivery (POD) and investigate this further.
We also request you to keep an eye on your email inbox for updates from our side. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
The finest tea and service!
Teabox has spoiled me from purchasing tea from any other company. Their selection is vast, and the descriptions are very helpful (especially when I was a novice and beginning my tea journey). Recently, their shipment to me was delayed due to tariffs, etc. This is beyond their control but they were incredibly responsive to me, and ended up sending me a replacement order which included 3x the number of teas I had originally ordered (and my original order is still arriving next week). They made sure that they made it right, and now they have my loyalty for good.

Latest Darjeelings Arrived Safely If A Bit Delayed
Got my latest order of a mix of spring summer & fall Darjeelings on a nice sale, so that always helps. The order was carefully and accurately packed and arrived safely, however there was a pretty good delay in shipping, blamed in part on international turmoil. No real harm done in the delay but you always want your orders sooner than later. Haha. I’ve tried one of the three & quality seems good as usual.
