However, we would like to clarify that the products purchased were clearly sold as PRE-ORDER items. This information was displayed throughout the product titles, descriptions, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and confirmed during checkout before payment.
As with all PRE-ORDER products, shipment can only occur once the products are officially released and available from the distributor/manufacturer. At the time the claim was opened, the products had not yet reached their official release date and shipment was therefore not yet possible.
We also did not receive any prior contact requesting assistance, clarification, or cancellation before the dispute and review were submitted. Our support team is always available to help customers directly and resolve concerns whenever possible.
We strongly reject false or misleading allegations regarding our business practices. Public statements that may damage the reputation of our company are taken seriously, and we reserve all rights regarding defamatory or knowingly false claims.
Despite this situation, we remain available to assist further and clarify the matter professionally.

No caigas, ES UNA ESTAFA!
